My bunny loves this hideaway! Easy to assemble, well made, and she enjoys the hay added in the slots. I added adhesive “jewelry box style” felt on top of the hideout for a bit of traction when she hops up on top. So far it’s holding up surprisingly well.

Really happy with the quality for the price. Anything made with this kind of thick wood and solid build would easily cost over $40. At first my rabbit seemed a bit big for it, but he got used to it quickly and now enjoys it. The absorbent pad helped cut down odor after he peed, and the double hay feeders have been great. The concept is great but getting the hay into the slots is inconvenient. There should be a way to open it from the top to pit the hay into the sides but I had to remove the front panel to put in the hay which creates more of a mess.

I’ve got a medium/large bunny and he took to this hideout instantly. The pee pad seriously cuts down the urine smell, and the double hay feeder keeps things much cleaner. Assembly was straightforward with the step-by-step guide and the listing video. I did have to press a few pieces firmly to get a perfect fit, but that’s totally normal. My ferret really enjoyed the included toys. If I have to mention something wrong was the packaging because arrived a bit dinged on one corner, but that’s just shipping. The media could not be loaded. I wanted something that let my ferret eat without making a mess, and this checks every box. He hangs out inside, munches, relaxes, and if he needs to pee, the pad keeps everything clean with zero odor around the room. The item was shipped efficiently packaged in a retail package. The hut does require some tooless assembly, but it only took a few minutes. Once the pieces are all in place, it becomes very sturdy. My wife's rabbit, Toby seems to enjoy the structure, as he hops through it and more often on top of it. Filling the sides with hay is a bit of a pain, and the included matt that shipped with the hut was chewed up within a day. No knock to the matt, Toby loved to chew it. ... show more
