This has been the greatest addition to my rv kitchen in years. It bakes fantastic cakes and anything in a 9 by 13 pan. Takes up little space for all the things you can cook.

I purchased this oven to replace my beloved 32qt toaster/convection/rotisserie oven...which was larger, but no longer available. To say the least I was skeptical at first because I missed my old oven! Needed one ASAP and researched them for about a week and decided on this one. Again this oven has the same features, just smaller and the accessories are lighter in weight, for me, this is part of letting go of the past and just nitpicking. When I used my 5qt enameled cast iron dutch oven to bake bread...the rack permanently bowed. The rotisserie spit is lighter and the forks are shorter. All the accessories are off sized just enough that it's very difficult to replace. Now saying what I didn't like...I'll tell you what I love!!! This oven heats up super fast, really fast and cools down fast too. The outside doesn't get too hot, and will not melt items in the area, even at top temps. I just love the door! It's a double door just like a full sized oven. Plus you can remove the inner glass to clean. And the door has double springs, which is very important for repeated use and heavy wear. So far it has been very easy to clean. I have used multiple setting to make a variety of meals. I baked two 9"x13"x1" pans at the same time on different levels to make a chocolate truffle torte. Surprisingly the cakes turned out well by using the alternating levels and turning the pans method. They were moist, level and had a good crumb. I've baked sticky buns, cookies, cakes and crumb cakes, and multiple types of yeasted breads. Sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, turkey breast, various roasts, tater tots & beer battered cod, whole stuffed trouts, and saurkraut & pork ribs. Used rotisserie for a rib roast twice and several chickens. Roasted every conceivable veggie, except Brussel sprouts, and make zucchini boats (stuffed zucchini) monthly. Kept meals warm, proofed dough and dried fruit. ALL WITH GREAT RESULTS!!! The footprint is rather small because the oven is tall. Yes, it might take a little time to figure out how to use the oven, but it's worth every second. If you want a really good little multiple use oven, this is a great choice at lower price. ... show more

So far this thing is pretty great!. The kitchen in a box. My only real complaint is that it can be hard to tell if it's heating up or not if you look at the display. Basically there are a lot of things on the display. Not a single thing says that it is heating. Once you know what the screen looks like when you are cooking it's easy to tell if it's cooking. Preheat does have something that pops up to say it's preheating. If you look at the display, you will see all the different cook modes across the bottom half of the display, when you are in cook mode not preheat mode all those options go away and you can't see them. When reheating the screen will say it is reheating. As far as it being in cook mode or not was initially hard to tell if it was cooking or not was because the heating elements don't get super bright orange when they get hot. I will say that the oven is awesome when it comes to cooking something. The dial that you use to select your options of cook type feels nice and the display itself and selecting between functions is very very responsive, there is no lag at all when making selections, the cursor will day around the screen as fast as I can turn the dial. The front and top of this toaster oven stays exceptionally cool. The side gets hot but not that bad considering containing 450 degrees when cooking. I was a little shocked though when I saw that the front and top really barely get even warm. Yes that includes the glass on the door. ... show more

The first one of these that I bought won me over in short order, but then the air circulation fan failed two days after the return window closed. Kitchen In The Box contacted me and issued a full refund -- after I'd already bought another, because I love the oven and silly things like premature fan failures are just proof that we live in an imperfect world. I love this oven. I got it specifically for the rotisserie, and since we're empty nesters it's a feature that it will turn only a small and tightly trussed bird, because we're going to eat it all in one sitting regardless. (Smaller ovens can hold only an even smaller bird, so in that comparison this one wins.) The Dual Cook feature is great for things like pies that get topped right at the end. My last toaster/convection oven was a large format one, too, and I loved that about it, but this one is larger and I love it more. Anything that won't fit in this oven rightly belongs in the big oven. The Menu feature is probably just the kind of handy that old men are unable to appreciate, so I deducted no stars for the amusement that it brings me every time I encounter it. ... show more
