#1. The first time I used this, it was too dark and I didn't like it. #2. I have reddish hair. I bleached it with Manic Panic Blue Lightning about 3 times, but it wasnt super light. Then I put some Manic Panic Virgin Snow toner on it for 25 minutes. Much to my surprise, it came out quite white, kind of a metallic chrome, very blah. So I needed color. I mixed some of this stuff (which, unlike Manic Panic, is semi-permanent, so I have to be careful), about 3 or 4 Tbp and added maybe 3 teaspoons of pastel-sizer. Then I glopped it on my hair, mixed it around, combed it through and left it for 20 minutes. It came out pleasantly rosy golden. Anyway, I like it. I'm going to try to leave a photo. Note: I only color the top front of my hair, just so I have shiny forelocks.

Good color for temporary uses! What I liked most about this color is I was able to use it without it staining my hands. It smells fantastic. I tried the rose gold color. I have used many pinks from many different companies. Special effects, Adore me, Pravana, Ion brights, Ion paints, and manic panic. While no company really compares to the late great Special Effects, I was still pleased with this. My hair is pre lightened with bleach to a pale yellow, so the color shows up as good as it can get. The price was reasonable for the quality/duration of wear. The texture is almost like a gel, I wasn't sure it would really look like much. However it provided a beautiful shade of rose gold. The shade was just what I had expected. I also ordered Pravana rose gold at the same time, but I did not care for that and returned it. The color this gave was much more of a true rose gold than the Pravana. I personally didn't feel it lasted that long 2-3 weeks maybe before it would look dull and faded.

Cons: I started with freshly washed bleached hair and (after reading other reviews) left it on for an hour. I spent a lot of time applying the product evenly to my entire head. The immediate results were patchy, but mostly pink and I had a little bit left in the bottle so I figured I'd do some touchups in a couple days and call it even. A couple days go by (and I don't wash my hair to let the color settle in) and almost all of the pink has come off onto my pillowcase. I'm left with mostly orange hair with pink highlights around my face. This is terrible. Zero shampoos and it's gone! Pros: It smells nice, looks like strawberry syrup, and conditioned my hair.

Best rose gold color I've tried! It's very easy to use and easier to get an even color without spottiness than other semi permanent dyes. I have platinum blonde bleached hair. My natural color is a level 7 blonde. This does NOT show up on my natural blonde roots, only on the bleached parts. So you will need to have prelightened hair for this to work. Washed out in 2-4 washes for me but I do use color safe clarifying shampoo as I get oily and use curly hair products. I also can't wash my hair cold lol so if you can manage washing your hair cold and don't use clarifying shampoo like me your color may last longer. Even with the 2-4 washout it's still so easy to use and cheap plus the color is exactly what I wanted, so I still love it. May try some other colors too 😊

In my experience if you want a good rose gold hair color, it’s not gonna happen with this kind of hair dye. Its honestly only good for a touch up and a couple of washes but fades pretty fast. If you want a good at home rose gold you’ll have to get either ion or arctic fox dye but you’ll definitely need to bleach your hair and tone it before putting in this color since it is such a light color.

Unfortunately this product didn't work for me. I tried it 2x, but it didn't tint my hair at all. I followed the instructions, asked for product support - was told I could leave the product on longer to get the desired tint and still nothing. I wanted to love it because it made my hair feel soft and silky after use vut the color didn't meet my expectations.

I LOVE IT! Best Rose Gold hair color on the market. I used it over DRY bleached platinum blonde hair. I left it on 30 minutes then added a tiny bit of water to lather up again and rinsed with cold water. no shampoo and towel dried adding a bit of leave in conditioner *You will need 2 bottles if you have longer hair* It usually last me 3-4 shampoos And -it did not stain my fingers, ( hate wearing gloves) clothes or bathroom at all Love it! 💗💗💗

Tried the rose gold for 20 minutes and it did nothing!! Tried again and left it on for almost 2 hours and that worked much better! Next time we will try leaving it on even longer.
