Great product and mines just died out after 3 years. Great attachments and for various use around the house for tough spots that are hard to clean. Please remember to read directions when it comes to using it. Its STEAM AND ITS HOT so if you dont read directions and pay attention to how you handle to product, you will burn yourself. It is loud when using the steamer but its becuse of the pressure it shoots out to get a deep clean to your spot. Will be buyimg another one since mines died as 6/2025 and bout in 3/2022

I have a terra cotta fountain from Italy in the backyard with stubborn algae and this little powerhouse got it off!! Not only that it expelled living free algae the five washes of hydrogen peroxide and vinegar couldn’t get off. Chat GPT said the steam forces the algae out that has burrowed into the terra cotta. These are great tools for chemical free cleaning. Next is my stove and other nooks and crannies.

Ok, so I'm fairly lazy, part of the reason I bought this. I usually wouldn't write a product review because I'm lazy. That's how bad this thing is. The steam produced is barely steam. I get more steam from running hot water in my sink. It didn't successfully clean anything. I tried it around my sink, toilet, fridge and some grease around the stove. I really tried to give this hunk of junk a chance. Like seriously, a wet paper towel did better than this thing. Unfortunately for me, I didn't open it until weeks after delivery and I tossed the box. So I can't return it. I would try to sell it, but I wouldn't be able to sleep knowing I ripped someone off. If you're reading this, it means I've already moved on from this thing and you should too.

I had a great amount of grease buildup on my refrigerator. I didn’t want to use chemicals and this steamer just got me so happy to start getting out the trenches of depression. I placed the nozzle close so the heat was able to melt the buildup and all I did was wipe clean. No scrubbing at all. It also steams clothing, which is great because the materials I have in my wardrobe are better without an iron. Heats up super fast. Someone gave a tip unplug and to press the button to release the steam so it can be opened faster than waiting for it to cool down. thanks 😉 I did exactly that. Haven’t used all the attachments yet, but I’m impressed. I did steam a niqab I was intending on wear and it was great to just hang and steam. The nozzle does need to be supported because it is like a ball and joint it moves. * It was me and not locking it in place. It’s lightweight and very easy to use. I actually locked it in place by mistake, but now, I’m totally happier than a little now. Make sure to empty the device and let air dry to prolong the life of the steamer. I used just tap water. Vinagre is acidic so I’m not adding that to my device. Improvement suggestions: Create a window to see if water is out and an indicator light to show when to fill more water. I over filled on purpose and steam and blobs of water were the result of that.

I loved this thing so much. I’m so upset because even though I took such good care of it and followed all the care instructions, the cap still got completely stuck after only a few uses and I cannot figure out how to reach out to the manufacturer. I recommend getting the warranty if you purchase this. It’s a great product, long power cord, powerful steam and holds enough water to clean your whole house in one go.

I ordered a different brand initially & ended up exchanging it then just returned as it did not work after one use. This one has given me no issues, great quality & a must have for cleaning! I have noticed a big difference on surfaces even feeling a lot cleaner. Also EASIER to clean tough surfaces.

Kiato Steam Cleaner Review I received my Kiato steam cleaner last week—but with some major remodeling coming up beginning Monday—I just got the chance to use it. Here’s what I found: 1. Unlike most steam cleaners, this one has 8 full minutes of steam cleaning before you have to refill it and wait. It doesn’t take much. I even poured out some water after I was done. 2. It comes with oodles of attachments for windows, car interiors, clothes, etc. 3. It has a very long cord. 12 feet. Also it’s lightweight. About 4.5 lbs. 4. It shoots out bursts of steam at a high speed but it’s not overly watery. 5. It worked amazing and easily on my window sills and corners. Blew the dirt right out while cleaning it. I used it on my fridge grate at the bottom—really cleaned it. I used it on the tile at the base of the dishwasher. Cleaned it right up. I used it around the base of the bottom over door. Did very well. Cleaned around the faucets. Did well there also. I got those ugly bolts that hold your car seats in completely clean. Used one of their small brushes. What it didn’t do: 1. I tried—for the heck of it—to see if it would remove grease from a stoneware piece I had. It doesn’t. Doesn’t remove grease very quickly from the oven either. I had a few spots and found a degreaser wipe was better. Was it with it? Yes and yes! I’ll use it in my new bathroom on the shower doors too. Worked amazing on the toilet without having to use chemicals since I have a toilet drinker in the house!
