This model doesn't have handles but it does have resistance bands that help keep you stable. I was skeptical at first ordering a mini stepper and not sure how well it would work. This mini fitness stepper has surpassed my expectations. It was already assembled right out of the box, the directions for rising and lowering the step height was easy to read and comprehend. I have used this mini stepper everyday for almost a month now and it does just as well as a whole stepper machine. I enjoy the compactness of this stepper, it allows me to store it out of the way easily and pull it our when I am ready to use. The stepper is easy to setup. Portable and quick to grab on travel trips. Great for a bedroom, hotel room and while visitng others. This machine gives an incredible workout. I target 3,000 steps a day which is achievable is 45-50 minutes on the machine. Great results so far and feel great, my muscle tone and balance has improved. The only suggestion is Wd-40 must be applied every 3-4 workouts to minimize squeaking on the machine hydraulics. ... show more

Very pleased with the quality of the stepper. It feels solid. I’m able to move freely. Husband thinks feet are a bit too close… the only issue I have is the knob doesn’t adjust easily… after my husband is done using it I have to to turn it upside down and physically loosen the tension. So I did a thing, I bought me a stepper & I absolutely love it. I'm starting off slowly but I am so proud of myself. It came fully assembled I only had to add the resistance knob. It looks exactly like the image. It was definitely worth the money.

I bought this product when my treadmill was broken and I needed something small to replace it. I found that it packs a punch and I was getting a great cardio and leg workout from it. I felt like I went at a good pace and consistently got about 1,100 steps in 20 minutes. The option to increase the resistance is a great feature.
