The build quality of this 5060 Ti is exceptional, with no sag, nice materials, and excellent cooling that remains very quiet under load. The 16 GB of VRAM makes it suitable for most productivity tasks and it does surprisingly well with AI, too, being able to hold relatively large models for a budget card. Speaking of budget, I think this is a bit overpriced currently, but that is the state of the market. Gaming is a secondary use for me, but it is a nice step up from a 2080 Super. It supports all the most modern DLSS features, which helps cover for its lack of brute power, and it uses a lot less electricity. Graphics are on the soft side because of the need to run more aggressive upscaling, but still impressive overall. Despite being on the lower end of the 50 series spectrum, this card feels and acts like a premium product and the decent VRAM amount means it is not locked out of any software you might want to use it for. Moved from my EKWB 1080GTX to this since i was falling behind in a few areas. 1080GTX is still one hell of a card, but, it really falls short on raytracing and other things (DLSS). This added all the "needed" things to get visuals and performance. Fair price, i think tis the only MSRP card on the market. The difference is 8GB vRAM and that's not worth the extra $1,000 to me. Card runs great, quiet, smooth, performs. It's certainly not a 5090 Ti with 32GB vRAM but this will get ya to where you need to go. Well worth the cost if your holding off for those $1500+ card to drop in price (they wont). ... show more

It is huge, which means quiet and well ventilated. This Nvidia RTX 5050TI is part of a dual GPU setup, focused on running local AI models. Ollama immediately recognized the extra vRAM and now I run a 20 GB model, 24/7 without thinking of token price.
