    • Easy set up. Son loves it. But...will need a wider set for the bench/bar placement
good easy to set up basic bench. although when laying on it, i use a wider grip. You cannot get that. Good beginner bench for kids though. You may want to buy bigger/wider stance posts if you are going wider grip for bench or olympic weights.

The bench was easy to assemble and instructions are nice and clear. The only thing I didn't like is that the spacing isn't wide enough when bench pressing. There is a pinch risk when setting the bar back down, so use caution there. But other than that it's an overall really good bench and fairly sturdy, I use it frequently and enjoy it. ... show more

My son loves this weight bench. It was a lot of work to put together, but he uses it everyday, and loves it. Definitely worth the money.

    • BUYER BEWARE. Would give zero stars if possible. Product NOT Described Properly.
Buyer beware. The bench is not as described and unusable. Bought for my 17-year-old son for Christmas. Company will not take it back because return period is over. Bench is so high at 22 inches (normal benches are 17-18 inches), our feet barely hit the floor. Width of rack is so narrow, it is useless. Once you incline the bench, there's not enough space to the bar to clear your head, rendering it unusable in this position. There is nothing about this bench that functions as a "squat rack", as described, as the bench is always in your way. Bench itself is also very narrow. One of the photos is literally photo shopped to make the bench look usable in the incline position. The pictures in the reviews are all of a different product. Product is total garbage and company is deceptive. Would give zero stars if possible. ... show more

Great little bench for the price (emphasis on little). At 5'11", this bench is almost too small. The padding itself is a tad too narrow, so of your a bigger individual (girthy), or 6'<, look elsewhere. Otherwise, it's a great bench.

    • shipping is awful through the carrier they used
The shipping carrier was awful, the box arrived with holes in both ends therefore half of the parts were missing. However, the customer service was awesome as how fast they responded and made things right. The second box that came was almost as bad as the first. one end of the box was completely busted open. one part was missing from the second box as well. The packaging needs some work, it has no padding or anything to keep it from getting bent and scuffed up. And it would be better if we had a choice to who we used to ship it. But overall, after the bench was put together, I feel like we made a good purchase. For the price, you can't beat it. It seems to be pretty sturdy. My husband seems happy with it also we will see as time goes on. But yes, I would recommend this for someone just starting out with the exercise. I would have gave it 5 stars, if the packaging and delivery carrier was a lot better. ... show more

    • nice set but assembly instructions were TERRIBLE
This looks very nice when it is put together and is very sturdy but the instructions for assembly were terrible. None of the parts were labeled and the diagrams were NOT easy to follow, (even for my BF who usually throws things together like this in about 10 minutes).
