Our unit was defective, the basket used to keep the media down inside the tank was not installed correctly. This allowed the media to come up into the valves. The person who returned our call for help knows absolutely nothing about the workngs of a filtration system. We had to completely disassemble the unit, remove all the media, replace the basket to it's proper place. Then try to put all that wet media back in the unit being careful not to get it in the pipe in the middle of the small opening. The company was not about to send someone to fix what was obviously their mistake.. Buyer beware

My handyman and I installed the filter system without any problems. But understanding some plumbing. Would be helpful. The system works great as advertised. I highly recommend purchasing this water filtration system for your house. This is the best system for the money on the market.

Water tastes great still after almost a year, getting ready to change sediment filter. Added extra charcoal filter to the unit so total of 4 filters. Consider getting professional installer.

The delivery and packaging was on time and as expected. The installation instructions were very clear. The flushing of the charcoal tank took longer than expected, two days+. Great water!

Works as advertised. Install was confusing as inlet and outlets are labeled weird. Also requires about 3 days of priming due to the carbon filter. ***Update**** 2 years in and the product does not filter well, does not soften water at all at any point. Filter is completely stuck and cannot be changed. I’ve broken 3 of the cheap plastic wrenches at this point trying to get it off. Do yourself a favor and go with a salted system for hard water and buy a cheaper filter, it’ll do the same thing.
