Ok, so... for the first 30 minutes you are in this thing, you're only warm and wet from the steam. You're not sweating. How do I know this? I had a 2nd person test it so that I could prove that it wasn't just me and my broken body that it doesn't work for. Does it still feel good? ABSOLUTELY! My body felt so relaxed and open, my blood felt like it was flowing. Follow up a steam bath with a great lotion to lock in moisture... Chef kiss. AND THEN, after the first 30 minutes, you start to sweat. You have to get over that first bit, probably to let your body warm up, and then you're good. Again, I had somebody else try it so that I knew it wasn't just me. So, on any level, I think this is worth your money. And yes, the chair is tiny, and after I laughed about it, I tried it and it worked fine lol

I would have to stay it does the job. I pre heat then get in and reset the timer. I have now used it three times. I would recommend getting a different chair. On the third time I got in and sat down. Within a minute the chair broke. With that I landed on the steam part. So just be care with the chair.

I read the reviews before purchasing and saw the pics/vids. I just want everyone to know that the chair and the sauna are SMALL. I am 4’10 and I honestly didn’t think that would be a problem for me. BUT it is! It’s uncomfortable. You can’t move your legs. NOW it does what it’s SUPPOSED to do! You’re going to SWEAT! It’s just the minimum leg movement that takes away from you being able to completely enjoy the experience. I have to buy a chair that won’t be too big.. Maybe a Crate.. I don’t know. Oh before I forget, the little pocket in the front for your hands and phone, don’t even bother with that. The steam comes right out and it’s kinda hard to use a wet phone with wet hands. The pocket should’ve been in a different position maybe. But overall I love my portable sauna. I just have to make some adjustments. But for the price, it’s worth it.

The good. Heater is great. Gets very hot, and unlike a diff model I tried, this one didn't crap out after 2 uses. I like the hood. The bad. It's tiny, lol. The Ugly. Chair is tiny and fragile. If you have any weight to you, you better sit down slow and careful. The door is awkward, zippers on both sides (first model I tried had a nice zipper right up the front, very easy to get in an out). You need to hold the door up while you gingerly step in, carefully sit down on the pitiful chair, then zip up both sides. The zippered slots for the arm let out my hands and about 1/3 of my forearm. Useless. If you leave anything in the front pouch, they will tumble out when the let the door down to get out. It's very awkward, but I do like the heater, and with the hood everything steams up. This is a steam bath it is not a real sauna; but it works.

Disclaimer: I received this product for free to review. While I've always been skeptical of reviewers of free product, I now get it - this review is unbiased and reflects my thoughts and experience with the product. ****** Pros: Small footprint. I have this set up in a corner of my bedroom so that I can use it daily. I love that it is not a space hog. Easy setup. The design is like spring loaded, and the "house" comes as one unit. It popped up as soon as I took it out of the carrying case. Very easy to connect the steamer. Carrying case. I love that everything can fold back into a carrying case for storage purposes. I purchased the suana from this company and it is not easy to store. Cons: The chair. This chair is kid-sized. It doesn't even reach my knees. In the included picture, I have it beside my pet stairs for scale. This chair is useless, don't even try to use it (I did and it was a mistake). Thankfully, the chair from my portable suana fit (barely) in the space. Once I got the chair situation corrected, I was able to enjoy a surprisingly nice time in my own private steam room. The small steamer is surprisingly effective. I will be adding this to my self-care routine. If you don't have a plastic chair at home or a stool you can use in lieu of the chair included with this product, you might not want to purchase it. The chair that is included is just that bad.

The chair was kind of small. Easy to put together but I still can’t figure out how to fold the tent. Very difficult for me.
