Product came in a nice carrying case for easy storage. Can be easily stored in the trunk of your car. The battery is very long lasting and the whole pump and battery has a very tough metal finish. The pump is very strong when turned on. The battery is multi-fictional, with a USB and USB-C port for charging and a port for the jump starter. Great to have for car breakdowns and emergencies on the road!

Arrived with a fingerprint of goo on it and the inner case smashed in, and one of the charger clamps broken. No idea on whether it works otherwise, if it is this fragile, I don’t want to bother. Could not put the clamp back together myself after several minutes attempt and figured it likely to recur. The clamps are cheap plastic with a bit of copper on the contact points. Did notice another deal breaker was a note on storing it at a max temp below 120F which seemed a bit unrealistic for an item kept in the car for emergencies. But now wondering about the wisdom of keeping any of these lithium ion chargers in the car all summer for emergencies. Alkaline seems to not spontaneously combust with the same frequency. Anyway, returned.

This was a gift to my elderly parents. It is easy to work and with the tire inflator option it's amazing. Keeps my dad entertained making sure everything is as it should be and my mom's worry about a light being left on or something down to nothing. Highly suggest this.

The unit has worked great so far, blowing up tires uses the battery quite a bit, but it jumps cars easily.

I like the product and the case in which it comes. I have only used it to blow up a float for the pool. The real test will be blowing up a tandem kayak. My only concern is that I bought this for my car, and it states it needs to be at cool temperatures…. Other than that, it’s a nifty tool.
