Took a chance on the purchase of the Vtoman compressor/jump starter. It is sleek, compact, nicely designed, and seemingly well-built. It is solid. I was able to put it to immediate use straight out the box. My family had 2 cars that had not been driven in weeks. I was able to pump up 5 tires off the 3/4 charge already on the unit. I probably should not have, but I used the unit in the pouring rain. No issues at all. Worked like a champ! Automatically stopped at the set PSI. I have not had to use the jump starter yet but just based on its performance so far and its compact design with a very nice carrying case, I plan to buy one to keep in the trunk of each vehicle my family owns! My son bought his wife one of these for his wife, he had to use the Vehicle Start portion of it, as her battery went dead, said it cranked it right up, he loves it. I bought 2 of them, one for my wife's car and one for my truck. I have used the air compressor several times. It is so easy to use. I have one tire that seems to seep air, so I have to pump it up. I even did on the side of the road, too easy. Bunch of YouTube videos online to watch how to use, along with manufacturer website. I love it, HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchase this. I used to have to go to the shed and get my air compressor and hose out of my shed, but now I just grab this put on the air nozzle, set the pressure, pumps it up, and stops automatically while telling you the current air pressure. ... show more

I purchased the VTOMAN X7 because it combines battery jumping capability with a very portable air compressor. My only disappointment is with the clamp on chuck that is attached to the compressor hose. The chuck would not work on several different tires that I tried. I explained this problem to the VTOMAN customer support and they did offer to refund $10 so I could purchase another hose. I accepted the offer and used the $10 to purchase a nice brass chuck that I was able to attach to the compressor hose (see pictures of the original chuck and the brass replacement). The compressor feature now works very well. Also, I would advise those purchasing the VTOMAN X7 or other "jump box" with short cables that you should NOT attach the negative cable clamp to the negative post on a battery. The very poorly written directions that came with the VTOMAN X7 advises to connect the positive (red) clamp to the positive battery post and negative (black) clamp to the negative post. This goes against all safety recommendations. The negative (black) clamp should be attached to an unpainted ground on the engine frame, structural frame, etc. at least a foot or so from the battery. If attached directly to the negative post on a typical battery, sparks will fly and battery gases could ignite resulting in an explosion. Any jump box manufacturer needs to make this very clear. ... show more

What a great product this is. It looks high quality and it had about 75% charge out of the box and started up one of our cars with a completely dead battery with no issue. I purchased this unit after reading the reviews and searching around Amazon for a similar unit. I'm may be slightly biased due to the fact that I have a power bank from the same brand but after comparing this unit and other, I decided to purchase this unit. This unit was able to inflate a tire from 0 psi to 36psi in one charger, the tire size I inflated was 215 60 16. This unit has enough battery capacity to air up one flat tire. If you're looking to air up 4 tires from 0psi-36psi this unit isn't for you. This unit works great for topping off tires or airing up one completely flat tire. The jumper also works great, I have not had any issues with this unit, I'm happy with my purchase, it comes in a nice stowage bag. ... show more
