Description
With the DeWalt DXAEJ14 Jump Starter with Digital Inflator and USB Power Bank, you no longer need to dread roadside emergencies when your vehicle won't start. This compact, portable device will test your alternator to make sure it is in proper working order and delivers serious jump-starting power with 1600-peak Amps. That's enough power to jump-start a 12-Volt AGM, GEL or WET battery up to a V8; all without the need to use another vehicle for assistance. Simply connect the clamps to the battery, turn on the switch, and start your vehicle. The reverse polarity alarm will alert you when there is an improper connection. 25W PD USB-C and 15W USB-A ports to charge devices on the go. A high-powered LED light and LCD screen readout with real-time information helps you work in the dark. This jump starter is equipped with a digital 120 PSI air compressor with AUTOSTOP and Sure Fit nozzle to help inflate tires, sports equipment and more. For optimal performance, the unit should be charged every 30-days when not in use. Once used, the unit should be charged immediately overnight. Includes a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty. Metal powder-coated clamps for durability.

Remember when your elders said, spend your money on an excellent product and make it last a really long time that’s where your value is? This couldn’t be more true of this product. I’ve been through three or four portable chargers and air inflators over the last few years with an average about $25-$35 on each and they all break within one year, or are woefully underpowered for what they’re supposed to do. After getting tired of constantly replacing them, I decided to bite the bullet and spend a premium dollar on a DeWalt product, which we all know contractors like to use. Right away you know that this is a superiorly built product because it is heavy, sturdy, well built and feels like it’s going to last 100 years. It was charged right out of the box but I charged it anyway and in less than 30 seconds of use it’s already paying itself, jumpstarting a V8 with absolutely no issues. I’ve had to jumpstart that V8 three or four times and the unit is still holding a 12.2 V charge with no issues. It also acts like a power station so you can plug in other electronic devices, inflate tires and charge all your electronic devices with ease. If I add up all of the cheap chargers and inflators that I bought, I could’ve had this five years ago and still been enjoying it. Lesson learned. I look forward to years of use with this product.

This jump pack can turn you into a hero

Never owned a DeWalt but this is a game changer. I carry it in my car for emergencies. It will jump your car in a flash and air up your tire quickly.

Good but not needed

So far so good. Have not needed much fortunately but good to have at home. The usb outlets provide a power source to charge devices in a power outage and the alternator tester and jumper cables work and read perfectly. The air pump works well also. I keep it charge just because I like too but you can get multiple uses before having to recharge if needed.

Waste of money and time.

I’ve only used it 3 times and will not work any longer. I found out that the C charger input doesn’t work when the lights were out last week. The button for the Air is already faded and pushed in too far when I tried to air up a lawnmower tire. This thing was faulty from the start apparently but there’s no way to know this until you need to use it for the reasons you have it. Of course the return date is too far gone to do anything about it. I will call Dewalt and see if they will replace this one. Waste of money and time.

A solid product

This is a great product. It inflates tires in seconds. That would be my main use for it. I haven't had to use it to jump anything yet but it should be fine.
