This worked like a charm. My son covinced me to get one when my little Suzuki Swift would not start at the gas pump when I later found out I had left my headlights own. After pushing away from the pumps, the gas station attendent brought out this massive charger to jump start my car. No luck so natural thing is to thinkthe starter malfuntion due to the heavy rains and driving through settled water. Click! click! click! By then my son pulls up in a 3 stroke mini van and I wondered how he was going to tow me with that little thing yet he jumped out, opened his aeronautical mechanic tool box, pulled out this little gadget, connected it and bam - I was in business in less than 30 sec what all that knowledge and a big charger could not do it 30 minutes. Sold! Compact, powerful and so simple a primary school student could work though I dont recommend that. Absolutely I endorse.

I have used this for jump starting my car several times and it works well. But I would request to start including wall charger in the package itself, else using any other wall charger available in the house sometimes is not as per the specs and it damages the wall charger. Thanks!

Holds it's charge for a longtime. Has saved me on a number of occasions. No need for jumper cables to get you going or some other poor stranded soul. Also is great to have during storm season and you lose power to your house-can charge your phone, light your path or run something basic for a sec. Just a really handy emergency device to have on hand when you need it. Definitely would recommend.

Decent product, functions as necessary and the support (via email) is great. My battery pack stopped holding a charge but the support team helped me try to get it working again before sending me a replacement free of charge (it was within 1 year from the initial purchase date).

This NEXPOW Car Jump Starter is absolutely wonderful! I was a little hesitant to purchase it because it was a lower price compared to some other ones out there, but based on the reviews I had read I decided to give it a try and I am so thankful I purchased it! I bought this on 11/12/2024 at a great price of $59.99, so I have had this for11 months now and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I have had to use it on my truck battery 3 times over this last winter and it is so easy and quick to use. I love that it has a fail safe feature so if you hook up the jumper cables incorrectly it will not work and the display will light up a different color to let you know of your error. I like that it is lightweight and compact in size so it stores easily in it's original box behind my truck backseat. It jump starts my heavy duty truck battery right away, even one time when the battery was completely dead and gives it a full charge again! I have gotten two jumps out of a single charge easily with still leaving the Jump Starter still at a battery life of approximately 70% left afterwards. I have absolutelyraved about this Jump Starter to all of my family, friends, and anyone that I come across! The only negative thing that I could possibly say is that nothing is labeled on the Jump Starter like advertised and I wish it had a carrying case. I also purchased the additional warranty that was available to buy but haven't had to use it this far. If you are undecided or unsure about purchasing this product don't be, because you will not regret it!

After about 6 months of ordering I finally got to use this product! And I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a jump box. After my neighbor had her car battery die with the engine facing the front of her garage and unable to reach with regular jumper cables, I went ahead and bought 2 of these- 1 for my truck, 1 for my wife’s suv. The small size is perfect to store and replace regular jumper cables. I haven’t had to use it but my wife’s battery recently died and I grabbed her jump box and connected it, and her car started right up! I had issues at the auto store and drove back home without a battery. While her box was charging back up, I decided to give mine a go from my truck, but it did not work. The power was out and it wouldn’t turn on or charge. After reaching out to the customer support team at NEXPOW, I explained the issue and they quickly sent me a replacement unit! My wife’s box quickly charged back up and I was able to go get her a new battery later without any issue and used the box to start her car the second time as well. I was very impressed by the jump boxes ability and ability to crank up the car. I have not used and of the other features like the light. But just from simplicity and great customer service, I would highly recommend this product!
