This chair is super comfortable, easy to assemble, and has great back support. The massage mode is nice too! The person using this chair is 6’5” and about 300lbs and it’s held up beautifully, super sturdy, and fits him well.

I will say this. It's nice it has stability. I don't really need a footrest and every time I bump it it sounds like an iron heating up. The back massager pillow came apart when moving from one room to another, the usb end came off by itself. Other wise no problems, it works as intended. This chair was horrible from the beginning. I requested for a refund and they did approve it. However it was already put together and in order to return it we would have had to take it back a part and try to fit it in a box so we decided to just deal with it. I purchased this chair for my son last Christmas and it’s already fallen apart. The arm rest is no longer in place. It consistently wiggles from side to side like there is a screw missing. The threading from the straps are peeling and the chair just feels like a hard (brick hard) cheaply made product. I’m still very disappointed in the amount of money I spent for such a horrible chair. The chair before this was cheaper and had better quality. We actually still have that chair and it’s still in way better condition than this one. ... show more

I had to use thread lock to get the bolts to stay in. The foot rest doesn't slide out very well so I have to grease it. It feels cheap compared to some other gaming chairs. Great chair so far, easy to setup and the foot rest and recline aren’t practical for gaming but that being said my old @$$ could fall asleep faster that than a drunk at 3am in the chair. A mounting hole for the arm of the chair was sticking out of the box when I got it.
