    • Not Plug and Play / Difficult to Use
This is a difficult printer to use. Cant get it to work on desktop or phone. Spent hours, even with Chat, and it still won’t print correctly. Downloaded three separate iPhone apps and still will not print correctly. If you are buying for eBay or Etsy labels, I would definitely avoid.

Works great especially for the price and came with 50 labels. Very easy to use for my small online business! The app and installation was quick and easy I was shipping things out within minutes of opening the box. It’s also small and lightweight so I can take it with me on the go!

    • Don't fret. It is a very good printer for very little money.
Print is VERY good quality . I see reviews saying it does not come with labels but mine came with 100 or so 4 x 6 fanfold labels for initial use. I also saw where someone said they could not install as their virus program reads the installer as a malicious software and this was so for me as well, but if you go to the url link given and use the website to download the installer from the web, and then open the program it works just fine. Bluetooth automatically shows up on my desktop and on my Android phone without a dongle or having to do anything to make it so. It did go nuts when I asked for the first test page and kept running blank pages until I held down the feed button and got 3 beeps( per troubleshooting instructions), then it quit and was not an issue. It IDs the edge of labels when you stick them in the back and automatically spaces them to begin. It was setup to do 4x6 labels out of the box, but you can alter the settings in Windows like any other printer. It is nice to have the auto feed function built in. It prints a label every 2 seconds or so if you are doing bulk work - really fast! I am very impressed thus far, but wish they had better installer so as not to have to go online for a special instructions. I do wish I could find an online manual in stead of having the paper one hanging around. I gave 4 stars because of the trouble in getting it installed but the print quality is very good.
