Very disappointed with this printer. It worked fine at first, but after only 3 months of normal business use, it stopped detecting label gaps correctly. Now it prints one label and then continuously feeds the paper until the entire roll is wasted. I tried recalibration, cleaning the sensor, reinstalling the app, resetting settings, and changing paper configurations — nothing fixed the issue.     • Its good but kinda confusing
I dont know if i dont know how to use a label printer but i have to keep restarting it or else jo matter what even if i open a new label start a new print or anything it just keeps printing that same label even if i selected 1 copy..orrr it will print one but then the paper keeps going and all are black 🤷♀️ but for the price i guess i will keep restarting it 😂 someone please write a review explaining to ys who are clueless apparently ... show more

Works great especially for the price and came with 50 labels. Very easy to use for my small online business! The app and installation was quick and easy I was shipping things out within minutes of opening the box. It’s also small and lightweight so I can take it with me on the go!

    • Not Plug and Play / Difficult to Use
This is a difficult printer to use. Cant get it to work on desktop or phone. Spent hours, even with Chat, and it still won’t print correctly. Downloaded three separate iPhone apps and still will not print correctly. If you are buying for eBay or Etsy labels, I would definitely avoid.
