A bit of a long review but big for item of this size and price, more info is better than less. I cross shopped this with the Schwinn IC3 and some of the Sunny Health and Fitness models in the same price range. I previously purchased a Sunny model in the $300 that lasted for a little more than a year before the seat post broke at the seat bracket. I was concerned about buying a bike that I could not inspect in person to see if the materials were thicker, more robust after the failure of the Sunny. I'm leaving 5 stars for now but 4.5 is probably closer to the truth. The bike isn't perfect but I am mostly happy with my purchase. That opinion may change over time but these are some immediate impressions. Pros - price w/ delivery was about $580 w/ a coupon from Amazon. As is common with these types of bikes, there is not much assembly required so I think most folks can buy without expert assembly and be ok. The company provides an assembly video but I used the included tools and manual to put it together. Assembly was relatively easy but the bike has some weight to it so a second set of hands may help, especially when adding the base supports. Everything else slides/ screws into place fairly easily. I had my bike out of the box and assembled in about an hour. The bike is sturdy. Solidly built, especially the seat/ seat post assembly. I swapped out the included seat for a padded one so I can't speak to the comfort but the post is much thicker than the Sunny model I previously purchased. Pedaling was "whisper" quiet. I was surprised at how little noise the bike makes. The noise never bothered me much as I usually listen to music on my headphones but if it matters to you, this bike should not be a bother in that regard. The LCD display is big and bright, easy to read. The ride height and handle bars are adjustable and it was easy to find a comfortable set up. Cons - The handlebar assembly is a bit wobbly. That may just be due to the weight of that part of the bike. The tablet holder is a bit narrow. I'm confident it will hold a standard tablet, but not one in a chunky case. I like chunky cases. I've never ridden a Peleton or some of the other 1K+ bikes so I can't compare but the looks, quality, sturdiness, quietness and other qualities of the X4S made me comfortable with my purchase, especially in comparison to my experience with a bike that cost about half as much and some of the issues I had with it. I didn't try to connect the bike to any apps so I'm not sure about the bluetooth connectivity element. The bike looks good, rides quiet, and feels solid in the seat. I'm looking forward to spinning away!

I really like the bike so far (2 workouts in). Solid build; rides smooth and very quiet. Assembled the bike myself, with a little muscle from my husband. Substituted the Joroto SPD Pedals with Toe Cages with no problem. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.

I have had the bike for 3 weeks now. My spouse and I both use it, I use for Peloton, he uses other apps. I chose this model because the earlier versions had great reviews but the increased adjustability for this one and Bluetooth capabilities at an entry level price. I also liked it is a solid frame for taller people. I am 5' 7" he is 6' 3". It has met my expectations for what I needed. Assembly was a snap. We had it up and running in less than 30 mins. The directions were easy to follow. The computer is simple yet effective. Easy to determine output. It is easy to connect in with apps. Just about seemsless with Peloton and I use a Samsung watch for Heart Rate monitoring. Switching adjustments between the two of us as riders is simple and the ability to adjust the handlebars and seat is easy enough. Pedals probably will need an upgrade as we become more serious but fine as beginners. I have added a gel cover to the seat for additional comfort. It is super quiet when using it. Why not a 5? Would probably give it a 4.5 if I could. My only feedback points are we could use one more notch on the handle bars to bring them up one more level and the resistance can get a sticky when trying to move from one level to the next.

Setting this up was easy. Easy instructions, clearly illustrated and it took 10 minutes. When is done you can easily move it around with the wheels on the front. Its driven by electromagnets, and the absence of friction entails the longevity of the bike. There is smooth motion and even resistance. Also it's super silent bearing a display that gives you all pertinent info. You may connect by Bluetooth the bike with Kinomap app that requires paid subscription. Also the iconsole app is bad and it was not working for me. May be an update later will make it better. The saddle is comfortable enough, not too soft not too hard. There is a cable in the front leading from the base up to the display and it seems a bit tight but that's hardly a problem. mMay be some extra cable length would make things more easy. Conclusion: it's a great exercise bike for a decent price that hopefully will last long enough.

I highly recommend this bike. I was looking for a basic bike that I could ride to get in shape with Bluetooth capability and not all the bells and whistles that make you subscribe and have to cancel. This bike is incredible quiet and has a monitor to track your pace and calories and distance. I’ve ridden it everyday since I received it. And love it! The only thing I have changed out is the seat which was very small and uncomfortable but with a new seat it’s the best.

Professional quality Absolutely love this bike , it is a well designed heavy duty bike has all the updated features of bike that are twice the price , the company has excellent customer support if you ever need it ,love the display that has live resistance reading , highly recommend the only thing that I dislike is the hard racing seat , replaced with the oversized bikeroo seat and now everything is perfect
