7/4/26 Found an email printed on the treadmill. They responded within minutes and, after sending a video of the problem, they are sending a new treadmill. My recommendation is back to 5 stars. They stand behind the product and I appreciate that. 7/2/2026 update: changing my rating to 1 star. At 6 months the belt starting making a squeaking sound at the front. It’s been oiled regularly and we can’t find the actual source of the sound without tearing the whole thing apart. Seller says there is a one year warranty yet there is no way to contact them. I looked under my order and changing my review is my only option. Amazon just sends me through AI chat for help that runs me in circles and offers no solution. I don’t recommend. This walking pad has far beyond exceeded my expectations. It is well built and thought out. You are able to mute the beeps when changing speed or turning on or off. You don’t know how important that is until you have a pad that beeps with every .1mph and could wake the dead with its volume. The overall noise level is low even when at speeds like 3 mph. I am able to be on a call on my headset right next to my boyfriend walking at Mach Jesus and no one can hear him. The base incline with the legs folded up is no joke. You’ll say “6 percent? I could do more.” No. No you can’t. You’ll be sweating in less than 20 minutes. With a fan blowing on you. In January. I thought the app was meh until I realized how much it improved the accuracy of Apple fitness (gotta get them rings, ya know?). I can use my keyboard without fear that it’s going to say I worked out 10 minutes out of the 65 I was actually walking. Does it mean the extra step of starting the pad from the app? Yes. Is it worth it to not have to put my watch on my ankle or have it not track the walk at all? Hard yes. Let’s talk about that small footprint. We wheel this between standing desks with ease. When we’re not using it at either desk, we roll it away off to the side of the office. It takes up such little space, that we are able to do that without a problem. If you have a very large stride, this may not work for you. We are under 6 feet and we’ve had no problems staying on the track. I’ve bumped the plastic a few times with my sneaker, but I trip walking on a flat floor. I don’t fault the pad. I fault my parents. While it’s only been a month, I feel confident that this is the best walking pad for the money. It’s worth the splurge to get what it offers. ... show more

Works wonderfully. Used 1h daily. The app is fun as you walk with others also using the app and you can walk past them like it's a race! The auto speed and auto incline combined with the app walking is great. So it gets harder as you walk up hills, flat for easy walking and speed according to down slope. Very easy to get that 10K steps in a day. Keep it under my desk and use while working. Super quiet and smooth. ... show more

I’ve been using this treadmill while working from home and honestly it’s been great so far. The noise level is super low, which was one of my biggest concerns since I take calls during the day. It’s quiet enough that I can walk while working without bothering anyone. Another thing I really like is the 4-wheel design. Moving it sideways is surprisingly easy compared to other walking pads I’ve owned. After I’m done, I can stand it upright in the corner and it stays very stable without taking up much space. My favorite feature though is how it stops. When you hit pause, it slows down gradually instead of stopping suddenly like the cheaper treadmill I bought before. Hands down the worst walking pad I’ve ever encountered. Way too small for a man over 5’10. Injury created by keeping legs too close together. The belt sticks when I walk faster than 2mph. Causes me to trip. It is very loud, can’t hear my meetings over the sound. To sum it up.. if you want to get injured never walk again this is the tredmil for you!! ... show more

Seems really good so far. I like the countdown before starting, and it's really easy to pause & continue (in case you're in a meeting and need to speak or something). The only slight negative is that when in the upright position, it doesn't feel too sturdy/stable and I think my cats may knock it back down, so I may need to get some kind of hook to secure it to the wall. ... show more

It is not for someone with a long gait. I feel like I’m tripping over myself. It did hold my weight well but best suited for a short person. I’m only 5’7”.

This walking pad is perfect size for someone that has limited space. It’s folds up, to make it very compact. I love the incline feature, it helps me to burn more calories and also to strength my body. At my age I typically only walk and stretch. This walking pad is ideal. A way better workout then a typical treadmill. The pad is not extremely wide so you have to concentrate on stabilizing your body more which gives you a great workout on the hips. In just 30 minutes at a 2.6 mph and 2 incline you break a real good sweat. I would highly recommend this sturdy walking pad ... show more
