I ordered a M, which is my usual size, and it came out looser than I expected. I'm 5'6" with an average build, and the set had a lot of extra room rather than the closer fit I like for training. If you're between sizes or prefer athletic wear to fit snug, size down. Build quality looks good. The fabric feels decent, the colors don't look cheap, and the sets look better than you'd expect for the price of a 3-pack. I never actually trained in them — I ended up giving them away because of the fit — so I can't speak to how they hold up in the wash or how well they breathe. My only real contribution here is the sizing warning, which is where most people go wrong with sets like this. ... show more

very light weight and airy, soft to the touch. my grandson whom has a sensory disorder aproves. they do run a little different in size which is hard to explain. Fit is true to size. Shirts might be half a size smaller only because they don’t stretch. They almost taper. So if you have a husky build, these might not be your favorite.
