I have tried like 3 other pairs to help my left knee which has had this strange tinge. First I got a compression sleeve similar to these but without the straps. It wasn't very tight so it just slid down during workout and didnt offer much support. Then I tried one of the fancy ones with metal bracers. Useless, the metal isn't secured at the knee so they dont even feel like they are there. Als o they were too tight and itched to have on. Finally this pair, fits and the way the elastic bands stretch over the knee you can feel them assisting, pushing your knee in to straighten the leg. I dont think the copper part matters at all. These will get out of place if you where them sitting for too long

Nice concept. The straps support the knee, but they bind the fabric behind the knee making it very uncomfortable. Better to ware the sleeve without the straps.

I purchased these knee supports specifically for squat workouts to aid with knee stability. However, the velcro setup of this product is poorly designed. It requires attaching the velcro directly onto the fabric rather than the designated square, which leads to tearing when removing them, as shown in the attached photos after just one use. Pros: -The price is reasonable, especially considering other sellers often offer only one unit at the same price. -The fabric quality is decent for the price, and once adjusted properly, they provide good knee support. -They effectively prevent knee pain and offer good stability during workouts. Cons: -The velcro setup significantly reduces the product's durability; it may need replacement after about three months due to fabric tearing. -Velcro straps frequently roll down and require readjustment after each set of squats. -The straps are not attached to the sleeves, making them difficult to set up correctly. Overall, if the velcro attachment were improved, these knee supports could easily earn a 5⭐️ rating given their affordability and quality. However, in their current state, I cannot recommend them due to the issues mentioned.

Runs on the smaller side. It rolls down too easily though. Good value as a 2 pack. Had to look online for how to use the straps . Definitely need the straps to get the best support.
