The MOAJAZA Cordless Knee Massager and Heated Shoulder Brace has been such a helpful tool for me. I’ve been using it for my bad knees and muscle contusions in my shoulders, and it’s been a game-changer for getting some relief after long days or workouts. For my knees, the heat and vibration combo works wonders. It helps loosen up the stiffness and gets my circulation going. The adjustable straps make it easy to fit snugly, and I can just relax while it does its thing. For my shoulders, the heat really helps soothe sore muscles, and the massaging feature feels great on areas where I’ve had contusions. This is a great product. I wish it would stay on while charging, but it charges very fast, and lasts a long time. I wish I hadn't misplaced the shoulder straps you sent. It is very versatile. Worthwhile fix it for your knee etc. Thanks

The vibration and heat lights on the display panel stopped working in less than 60 days. I found the best comforting setting for my usage was low on the massage and medium on the heat, after a few minutes I can really feel the difference on my knees.

I had knee pain off and on and was getting worse. I looked at different heat/ massage knee pads. Most are expensive with lots of features that I don't need. I used this a few times and it gave me some relief. I didn't use the massage feature because I didn't want to make my knee worse. After arthroscopy, I found it to be a lifesaver. I wake up with very stiff and painful knee that I can't walk. I put this on for a minute or two and it gives relief so fast that I can walk with my cane, still a bit painful but I can walk, especially to the bathroom at night! It is very easy to use. I take it with me when going on car drives longer than 20 minutes and use it while sitting in the car when my knee feels stiff. I could drive myself this long and use it at the same time since it's my left knee that's affected. So far, my husband has been doing long drives at the moment. For the price and efficiency, I highly recommend it.

Product is easy to use, and some what effective in relieving my knee pain. With daily use I can now walk up the stairs with manageable discomfort instead of sharp pain. But the fit of this product is not ideal, much too big for my 140lb frame. I can't wrap it around my knee because too big but only put it on top. Design could yse alot of improvements

WoW this device has been worth every penny I'm suffering with IT Band Knee & I can't describe the pain in short it's insufferable & the pain feels like a bad fracture it does give pain relief the fit is good this is a quality item a luxury easy to use durability & design brilliant it really gets warm & the vibration is jus enough some advice do check with your Dr as this may not some be best for surgery/knee conditions as it may be aggravated it gets so warm I can only stand it on medium it takes a hot minute to charge tho & I can usually use it for over an hour and a half as my knee takes it well it's a good investment...

I purchased this knee massager in March 2024, and within 30 days, the vibrating feature stopped working. I returned it for a replacement, which I received in May 2024. Unfortunately, the replacement also failed, with the vibrating feature ceasing to function after just 6 weeks of use. Despite my initial hope that the first unit was simply defective, the same issue occurring twice suggests a fundamental problem with the product's quality or durability. When I contacted Amazon for support regarding the second failure, I was informed that this product is no longer eligible for return or replacement, which is both disappointing and frustrating. Given my experience, I do not recommend this knee massager to anyone. It has proven to be unreliable, and the lack of adequate support or warranty from the seller makes it a poor investment
