I have wanted a dough blender for years. When I saw this stainless steel dough blender with an easy grip ergonomic handle I had to get it. The quality is very good and it is a nice size. I like the handle because it has a somewhat rubber feeling grip, so no slipping around. I was taught to make pie crust dough with a dinner fork and have always done it that way, but let me tell you, it gets very tiring for my hands. Not to mention trying to keep my butter cold while blending it. I cannot wait to start making my holiday pie crust dough with this dough blender. I won’t be playing beat the clock anymore with my cold butter. I also like that it came in a nice, attractive box. This dough blender would be an awesome and affordable gift for anyone who loves to bake pies or has to cut in shortening or butter into flour or sugar. It would also make a great stocking stuffer or housewarming gift. I am so pleased to finally have one and am more pleased with the quality. I highly recommend it! This dough blender will absolutely get the job done!

I have small hands so this feels a little large / long. The handle feels solid and the grips are comfortable; it just feels a little too long for my hand. The blades are smooth and solid quality / not bendy nor cheap feeling. It did great kneading dough and was easy to clean. Some dough pushed up in between the vanes but it was easy to remove and put back with the rest of the dough. It was easy to use and helped lessen the mess of baking. I am happy my hands weren't and no longer have to be caked by dough or flour. I haven't tried this for a potato masher. It did great for egg salad but for my small portion, I felt it was too big of a tool and preferred a fork. Maybe if I was doing a family portion and was using a larger bowl this would've felt perfect and not overkill. This did well in the top dishwasher rack. I love this and will update this review if the durability gets questionable. But for now it's solid and I think it will last.

Overall, this feels like a nice quality pastry cutter / blender. The handle is comfortable and the stainless steel blades feel sturdy, but have a tiny bit of give to them. Definitely a step up from our old wired pastry cutter that's coming apart in dangerous ways. Glad to have something solid that holds up well so far to use. Hoping it will last for years and years.

This pastry cutter is way better than the one I had from decades ago. The blades are really sturdy and won't warp while cutting and mixing butter and flour. It is a little bigger than my previous one, but this one feels more comfortable to grip while using it. Overall, good pastry cutter.

I consider myself old school so when I do a lot of my baking I tend to use my ends or that’s what i like to tell myself when in reality I never really thought to buy one of these. Now that I have one, what was I thinking waiting so long to get one. This one right here meshed my butter with so much ease and into the size I need for my biscuits, scones you name it, worked so well i’m just gonna revoke my “old school” membership already. The handle sits comfortably in my hands and light weight that it hasn’t strained my wrists yet.

I use this tool to make pastry. It helps me cut butter into the flour without making the dough tough. I used to use a food processor, but I don't have one where I live now. This pastry cutter does the job well. I can cut the butter very thinly without any issues. I make sure to use a metal bowl with it to avoid any plastic getting into the dough, which can be hard to find and pull out.
