My doctor didn't think I should use these as "there isn't any medical evidence that they help". Well the do. My feet hurt for a while after not using them for 3 days after misplacing them after vacation. But I'm back to not hurting in the ball where the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th toes attach to my foot.     • Great, But Not Wearable in Shoes
I have tried a million of these things over the years. These are sturdy and comfortable, and do a great job addressing bunions. However, it is not realistic to think they would fit comfortably in your regular shoes. If you have a bunion, your forefoot is already abnormally wide; adding a padded splint obviously would mean your normal shoes would be too tight, defeating the correction. To use with shoes, you will need a larger and wider size shoe then you normally wear. ... show more

    • Exactly what I was looking for.
Toe spacers do keep your toes apart and straighten out the big toe, but the downside is they push the second toe into an unnatural position. This little device is perfect. It straightens the big toe without putting unnecessary pressure on the other toes. At first, it was very uncomfortable because it was doing its job but after a few nights of wearing them the stress of moving the big toe into position just went away and now I don't even notice I'm wearing them. This product is best for wearing around the house and especially at night. The pain I was having in my left foot has dramatically decreased in the last couple of weeks. I was hoping for some improvement, but this is a much better result than I was hoping for. Putting it on for the first time is a trial, but once you've done it a couple of times it becomes easy. Highly, highly recommended to relieve pain and slow the progress of a pretty serious bunion. This isn't really suitable for wearing with shoes, the splint on the side of the foot adds too much width, but for sleeping and lounging around the house these are perfect. So glad I found these.     • Purchased to Stabilize Big Broken Toe
The quality is better than another I received from another seller/site. Already got the boot from my doctor but needed something while at home that would help stabilize a big broken toe while either barefoot, sleeping/laying down or wearing sandals and this is working so far. It helps keep the big toe from bending & it should help the break heal faster. Will have to wear for at least 4-6 weeks, per doctor instructions. Gave it a 4 star because for those of us with extreme allergic sensitivities I need to wear a protective layer. I cut an old sock to fit or was thinking of a moleskin layer in between the plastic and my skin. Other than that, it is what I needed for hot summer days. I also got fast shipping. It was a bit hard to use at first but after getting the hang of it, it’s great. Only down side of this product is that it’s so bulky and can’t wear it with most shoes.
