I ordered the "Premium" renewed version with Amazon as the seller just to be safe. The back of the watch was not cleaned, it had smudges and some white buildup on one edge of the circle. Took a couple of minutes to clean but once I did, it looked new. Other than that, it had absolutely zero scratches anywhere - not on the screen, the case or the back. The watch literally looked brand new. Checked the battery health and it is at 94% which seems solid for two generations old. I purchase one with the m/l band as it was weirdly less expensive than the s/m by quite a bit, but the band size doesn't matter to me since I switch out the band anyway (prefer the velcro nylon bands). Upgraded to watch OS26 and the battery health remained the same and operationally, it offers everything the 11 does. I went to the Apple Store to compare it side by side to the 11. I'm not a fan of the shape of the 11 (prefer the rectangle over the "squircle"), the seemingly larger bezels, or the overly shiny glare of the newer screen. It’s technically supposed to be thinner, but the shape of the screen makes it seem bulkier than the 9. And the rose gold is more gold than rose, so I prefer the pink of the 9. Super happy with the 9 on all counts. And to get a like-new renewed version for more than 40% less than the 11, totally worth it! (I would just recommend that the Amazon Renewed team clean more than just the front of the watch lol.) ... show more

I've purchased renewed "premium" and "excellent" condition mac books, iphones, ipads, and watches over the years and they were either exactly as described or better. And they were all great deals. This watch is 2 generations ago, still had 100% batter capacity and came with the original band and charger. It looks and performs as if it's brand new. It was packaged well, delivered when promised, and was better than I hoped. I am SO happy with this! Don't be afraid to order renewed...just read the seller's reviews and be confident you'll get what you expected. Got this watch that was sold as “premium” so battery life 90% or more and no scuffs or scratches seen from a foot away. The watch that I received has 88% battery life and a scuff at the bottom that you indeed can see from further than a foot away. Also the watch band that is came with had a broken piece on it. Seller only gave me the option of a $15 refund or to return the item not very good customer service being as though they listed this watch under a title that didn’t meet expectations of what it was supposed to be. Coming back, battery life drains instantly I barely even get a day out of this damn watch! Will never buy from this company again, take your business elsewhere cause they are terrible I would give them 0 stars if I could ... show more

This really was a premium refurbished product. It was perfect out of the box. Extremely easy to transfer data and set up. Surprisingly difficult to damage the screen, and I lowkey kinda like the fitness tracker and random notifications to stop being lazy.

I like this watch. So far it does everything it’s supposed to. I check it at the doctors office against their vitals taken and it is close enough. I don’t have anything that is life threatening. I am 82 and need to be more careful. One thing that I know works is the fall detection alert. When I fell my watch went into alert mode. (Siren, count down we are calling emergency services & I had 2 chances to stop it I guess if I had been unconscious, it would have called them and the siren would have help them locate me in the house. For someone living alone, I think this would be great for them. Just make sure the fall detection is set up. ... show more
