This has been amazing and easy to use, though I haven't had to use more than one tier as of yet. Do Not Buy unless you want to buy another within a year. I normally wait a year to do a review on expensive items, but this one made it 10 months before it started to malfunction. I LOVED this incubator and even got rid of the 3 I had that this one replaced. I had very high hopes. I understand that it's no longer under warranty, but I decided to contact the seller to see if there was a way to fix the issues. To this day, it is still malfunctioning and im researching to find a different one. #1 Date gets stuck at day 16 and their solution was to reset the timer to day 1. Eggs hatching at day 19 and 21, so why would I reset it when it gets stuck? #2 Humidity and temperature are not accurate. Will need additional items to get accurate readings. This has yet to be addressed. If there is a way to fix it, I will edit this review.

I've had pretty good luck with this, but I also use an automatic misting system and hydrometer. I can't get information as to how the rollers work. Do they only rotate one direction, or alternate left and right?

I got this over a year and I use it constantly to sell chicks, I do 120 eggs at a time, chicken, Turkey, and duck, No problems at all. My suggestion is to manufacture and make the heat fans deliver the heat more evenly for all levels, I have noticed the bottom lv will hatch 2 to 3 days later. so I started to rotate the eggs every 5 days, bottom to top lv, top lv to mid, lv. and I now have even hatching. I candle the eggs with a flashlight, the light provided should be white LED, which works way better than the bulb light provided.

When I bought we immediately filled with hatching eggs we had bought. 36 duck eggs that cost us 40.00, 15 turkey eggs at the cost of 45.00, and 47 chicken eggs that cost 24.00. After some research this incubator surged and not even one egg was successfully hatched. After spending the money on this incubator and then the eggs I am very disappointed. I have been hatching eggs successfully for several years and finally upgraded to this incubator for my birth. What a disappointment.

Great hatch rate on ducks. Maintains temp and humidity well. Use the constant temperature mode. They hatched at different tines but had a great hatch rate.
