A: The hatching grid is not flat and will be slightly raised in the middle. When hatching the breeding eggs, please take out the hatching grid first, and replace the roller with the hatching grid after the chicks come out of the shell. The hatching grid and the scroll wheel cannot be used at the same time. Q: How do I know if it's turning my eggs? A: You can see the tray easily viewed from the side of the incubator. You can also press the "+" and "light" buttons in turn to test the egg turning function.You can also restart the machine by pressing the "+" and "-" buttons at the same time. You can also test by marking the egg wif a pencil and periodically checking to see if the marked side has moved. Q: How to adjust the temperature or humidity? After connecting the water supply base to the water pipe, insert the other end of the water pipe into the machine's water inlet. Prepare a regular mineral water bottle yourself, fill it with water, install it on the water supply base, and finally invert it on the desktop, at the same level as the machine. If the water is not automatically injected into the machine during the first installation, you can manually and slowly squeeze the water bottle to allow it to flow. Later, the water will automatically replenish due to gravity.
