I appreciate how portable this printer is, but it’s not meet my needs. Bought it to print some material of education and most of times used it in the room. It has two disadvantages for my case: all the paper printed by it is so curved and in bad quality, feel like a napkin rather than the paper we used before. It only works when you wanna print some tags but I have bunch of materials to print Another thing is it is so hard to connect to my MacBook, I have to reset it every times. All in all, I prefer a traditional printer rather than this unless you only got minimal print pages

I use assistive technology in class (specifically a computer for taking notes) and in trying to accommodate my professor's desire to have all assignments in paper I purchased this printer and rolls of paper for it. This printer prints perfectly usable documents from an app called Peripage and has drivers to print natively from Mac and PC (if you use the native drivers, you need to use a USB-C cable and plug the printer into your computer, I have a MacBook and just use the iOS peripage app and just right click on the documents I want to print, and share it to the peripage app. Another use I have found for this printer is printing plans & diagrams with unusual dimensions. This printer has the ability to print pages that are longer than 11", so you can print a document that's 8.5" wide and 50" long on a single sheet of paper if you want to, which for ladder diagrams is absolutely awesome. My only gripe is the rolled paper is expensive (about $0.07 USD per A4 page) and the paper tends to curl on its self shortly after printing. (they sell boxed paper that comes in flat sheets that solves this issue, but it's not as convenient to use if you want to carry this printer in your backpack). Personally, I carry 2 rolls of paper, one loaded inside the printer and a spare.

I downloaded the app before printer arrived. After receiving printer & charging which was fast. Opened the app and it showed me exactly what to do. It connected very fast. Paper was preloaded, printed a return label with no problem. I am not even very good with tech. So if I did it anyone can. This is the perfect printer for someone that needs a printer 2 or 3 times a year. No ink to buy . Haven’t ordered extra paper yet so not sure how pricey that is. But sure its better than buying ink every time I need to print. The paper is like receipt paper and it will only print black. Paper tore off cleanly for me. Nothing but good to say about this product

It prints the things well but it doesn't display color and when printed out, its very rolled up. Usually I would just put the paper under a heavy book to flatten out the paper. The printer paper feels very cheap. This printer is good if you are printing a little bit of materials. I wouldn't recommend this if you use a printer often.

So far so good. And there was a paper rl included. I boughtt lettersize thermal, but this was a nice surprise. Just don't understand the redelivery notice about reading instructions ... as s if I wouldn't otherwise. It was delivered like there was an issue with the purchase. Love the size, look and convenience. Already paired it with my phone and computer. Since I don't print that often or much, this was the perfect solution!
