The media could not be loaded. These cups were absolutely perfect until in use. I made 2 right away for my neices birthdays. Within 24 hours (and thank God before they got them), they were leaking INSIDE of the cup. Not the plug that I put in, not the UV resin used to seal the plug. The center seal on the inside of the cup from being pressed by the manufacturer. This is a HUGE liability. The kinds of chemicals that are put into these tumblers could make someone very sick if not KILL THEM! Had I not noticed, my neices could have been sick and had I sold any, not only could I have hurt someone but I could have been sued. PLEASE CHECK ALL OS THESE CUPS BEFORE ACTUALLY DRINKING FROM THEM OR ALLOWING ANYONE ELSE TO!!! ... show more

UPDATE: Seller was able to refund for leaking cups. No other cups had issues. Would purchase again just for the excellent customer service and communication from seller. Check your rims before adding glitter or solution. Rims cracked and leaking on 2 cups. Tried sealing cracks with UV resin and it was super noticeable and ugly so they are in the trash. ... show more

Not the best cups to get. Once product was inside the cup it started to leak out the lip of the cup. Had to throw half of the cups away because of this.
