So far working as advertised. Wish I had known it came with a label stand that supports rolls or fan type, that was a nice surprise. Set up was about 2 steps more complicated than setting up a new printer but everything worked pretty smoothly. Easy enough that I feel confident my 80 y/o father won’t have any issue setting his up when I send him one. The printer came with a standard USB cable, a USB-C adapter for said cable, power cord, label stand. Some labels. And all the software loaded on a thumb stick. The App (pictured) is not sexy and is very basic. That being said it works as intended, was able to send labels through. Now that I’ve used this I do wish there was some native software to easily adjust labels either on the app or on the desktop. Some labels come as a full size piece of paper with half being a packing list and the other half a label. You can crop the labels in the app and that works OK. Pictured above is a full sized sheet of paper that the printer natively shrunk to 4X6. It again came out OK, I do wish there was a way to adjust font size for packing slips natively but if I end up caring enough to do so I’ll find software to do it. Looking closely you are still able to read the fine print which is good enough. Also I had to adjust the settings every time to get the best output and the app didn’t save them which is annoying and extra button pushes. Connection is Bluetooth through phone and computer OR wired through computer. For the price, All in all, so far I would recommend! UPDATE: The company put out a new app shopping printer pro. I am now able to send directly from Etsy to the printing software. The automatic upsizing option still does not work; however, now 1 button crops to size, the app saves your user settings (I had to adjust x and y by 1 mm). The new app even allows me to build and save my own labels if medium complexity (such as generating QR codes). The new app cleared up almost every gripe I had and the labels even seem to look better. Absolutely would recommend now!

I’m an Etsy seller and I needed a label printer for that sole purpose. It did take a long time for me to install and figure out how to use it, but once I did, it works great on a desktop or laptop computer. However, I only gave it 4 stars because it does not integrate with the Etsy Seller app (my main purpose). To print labels on my phone, I have to log in to Etsy online (not the app), download the label and save to my files, then upload it to the printing app. Way too many steps when you have dozens of labels to print daily. I’ll just have to print using my computer for now to save time. Etsy Sellers: It also took me way too long to figure out how to get it to print to the correct size. Besides changing the printer settings to a 4x6 label (which was easy), I did not realize for far too long that I have to go into my Etsy shipping settings and also change the size there. Once I did that, it printed perfectly. Clearer instructions and integration with the Etsy Seller App would make this a 5 star product.

I recently purchased the JADENS Bluetooth Thermal Shipping Label Printer and have been really pleased with its performance. The printer is wireless and compatible with both Android and iPhone devices, as well as Windows computers, making it incredibly versatile and easy to use. The printer is especially useful for printing shipping labels for online marketplaces like Ebay, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and USPS. The labels come out with great clarity and are easy to read. The thermal printing technology also means that I don't have to worry about replacing ink cartridges, which is a big plus. One of the few drawbacks I've noticed is that the printer can be a bit finicky to set up, especially with certain devices. However, once it's up and running, it works great. I also wish the printer came with a longer power cord, as the one included is a bit short for my setup. Overall, I'm very happy with the JADENS Bluetooth Thermal Shipping Label Printer and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile label printer.

I watched a youtube video that suggested this device for labels, stickers, etc. Though you can use different colored label stickers, I was not aware that this would only print in black. It's not a turn off from the device itself. I just thought I'd be able to use it to print my product labels as well. Also, if you're using a desktop that doesn't have bluetooth, you'll need to download the driver from their website. A cord is included so it's not a huge inconvenience. Plus, they have an app for printing from phone/tablet.

Pros: easy to set up, quick printing. I do wish it would print via bluetooth from my macbook pro. I can do it from my phone but it requires saving the label file first, then opening the app to print. Wish it just saved files right to the app.

I got this same day and it was way better than another brand that was comparable. This Bluetooth is awesome. Took me just a few adjustments to settings and I was able to print. Only used six test run Labels to align just right. I use the Android app. Just save the label to your phone and pull up in app. You may need to crop a little and make some adjustments. I'll take video later. So easy and so fast and quality is very good. Postal service should be able to scan easy. Best thing, no ink to keep buying. My label printing was wasting so much ink because even when you print in just black, printer still uses color. I recommend this printer to use with your eBay, Mercari and Poshmark Labels. May work with others. Remember you can adjust the size and crop in the app. You can also change the orientation.
