The first air printer did not work - the rolled labels shipped with it would not advance through the rollers. Tech Support could not correct this & advised me to return so they could replace unit. The replacement arrived a day later & has worked fine out it the box. Very intuitive & prints from phone app easily . I don’t know if the first printer was an outlier or if there are QC issues. ... show more

    • Does not power on!
I was excited about this product, but when I received it, it would not power on no matter how many times I tried. I went through Amazon to talk to the seller to see if I could return it and receive a replacement, but I did not receive any sort of answer from the seller. I am extremely disappointed!
