I have had this for awhile now. Works really good. In the beginning I had just a little trouble getting my computer to print to it, but I did figure it out so I guess if I can anyone can. I am not tech savvy. I use it a lot for Poshmark and Ebay. It saves so much money on ink and paper. I would have preferred the on/off switch to be on the back. I have it on my desk with a label holder/stand and I have to try and reach between them to get to the button. But it prints clear nice labels and stickers. It feeds them through really well without jamming. If you put the labels in crooked after refilling, it right away blinks to let you know. Very handy - no jams. You can buy any brand of labels or stickers as long as they are thy right size for the machine. Not too noisy and it is small enough to put anywhere. Cord is a good length too. Oh, and it comes in such cute colors!!!!!
