I have two cats and they understood how to use this litter box right away. It is very quiet, has no bad smell, and I can go for a full week without touching the litter. I only need to remove the waste bag once a week and everything stays clean. It really feels like a dream because I do not have to scoop or clean anything anymore. The machine works with a smart rotating drum that separates the dirty litter from the clean one. When it turns, the clumps fall into a closed container that keeps all the smell inside. The sensors are very sensitive and stop the movement if a cat comes near, so it feels completely safe. The materials are strong and look elegant. The sound is very soft, almost silent, so my cats are not afraid of it. The mat that comes with it is great quality and very useful, it keeps the floor clean and is usually sold separately, so it makes the price even better. The app is easy to use. I can see how many times the cats used it, start a cleaning cycle, or check if the waste bin is full directly from my phone. For this price, the product is excellent. It works perfectly, saves a lot of time, and keeps my house clean and fresh. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone with cats.

Have had it for a week. Have 3 older cats one O’Lawd here she comes size, one Chonky and one just right. It has been perfect for them. No smell, no urine leaks. Used fresh step clumping liter, has a slight noise when in use but I don’t believe it is too loud, can hear litter dropping at times. Functionality 5 stars. Just changed the bag and was very easy, I was worried it may be difficult. Came already assembled even had bag ready to go. After a 1am meeting of minds all three decided it would be the only liter box to use. It is medium weight when moving, I am short so the dimensions make it a little tough for my arms to reach around to move on my own, but can scoot it. I like the look of it better than other boxes. Will definitely get another one for the basement but am more than happy to retire the golden scoop.

Do not recommended this litterbox. Cons: The litterbox broke after 1 day of use. It was still able to partially turn, before making a high pitched error sound and stopping. We thoroughly cleaned it, and investigated for anything blocking any sensors, and found nothing. - The app threw an error that had no details and there was no online support in how to fix this. - We only owned it for less than 2 days before it was virtually unusable due to this error There is some opening where litter can spill from while rotating. The litterbox’s leveling function also didnt work for us, and left the litter on a slope that we manually had to level. Not a big deal but the weight function was broken Pros: When it worked, i will say it worked well. The litter was cleanly put into a bag. It was easy to connect to the app. We had 5ghz wifi and had no issue connecting.

So this was bit of an adjustment for my cats, but once we removed the old litter box, they adjusted just fine. I only rated four stars because we haven't had it for a month, but it is working great. We have given the chore to our 8 year old son of emptying the bag. So it is definitely user friendly. We have to cats and they are quite large and they fit in here perfectly. It's quiet, efficient, easy to remove waste, great quality and of course price effective

Great product! I’ve had 4 different styles of cat boxes and this one, by far, is the best. There is virtually no odor. I have a large male cat and change the bag every 4-5 days. The accompanying mat stops all litter tracking. It’s super quiet and cleans rather quickly after the cat “visits”. I took it apart to clean and broke the “flap door” and the company immediately replaced it for me. They were extremely responsive and so nice and helpful. Easy to thoroughly clean and seems to use less litter then the other automated boxes I’ve owned. Also, i love the app. It actually tells you every time it cleans, their weight, and when the bag need to be changes. I highly recommend

As a cat owner, I really appreciate how much easier this self-cleaning litter box has made daily care. The large capacity works well for multiple cats, and the automatic cleaning keeps the box fresh without me having to scoop every day. The built-in odor control does a good job of reducing smells, and the companion app is very useful. It lets me monitor cleaning cycles, adjust settings, and even track my cat’s weight, which gives me extra peace of mind about their health. The box feels sturdy and reliable, lightweight and my cats adjusted to it quickly after a short introduction period. It does take up more space than a standard litter box, but the tradeoff is worth it for the convenience and cleanliness. For the cost this litter box is great! I have 5 indoor/outdoor cats. It has kept up with a lot of use, saves litter, and eliminates any odor. My only suggestion is to nake sure you always have enough litter in it. We didn't and had a poop mess. It was fairly easy to clean up that mess and I've had no issues since.

I’ve had this for over 6 months now and was GREAT the first few months. However the wires on the bottom mat have bent with cleaning and so it frequently makes a mess now since it doesn’t close completely at the bottom. It is VERY HARD to clean!!!!!
