** the company reached out to me and sent me a new retrofit for the plate that was broken. It took less than five days for the part two arrive along with instructions and pictures on how to remove the old part and put the new one in. It took about 15 minutes to replace the part.The company is very responsive and helpful. My cats are overjoyed with the prospect of their cat box fixed and running. I would highly recommend this cat box which is my cats favorite and this company five stars all around. my cats love this box all 11 of them they used to constantly. I was happy to finally find a box that worked well for them because it was lower to the floor. There is nothing special about this box. It’s just a standard push button cat box. I like that you could set the different timings on it and it worked off my genie app which I already had Genie lightbulbs. It is very lightweight and was easy to clean. There really wasn’t any stickiness when it turned to empty. as long as you kept it wiped down, there was no smell. The only problem I had with this box and if they fix the design, it would work better is the plate where when the box turns to empty, it’s supposed to keep the waist in the bag. That plate has little nipples that hook into a slot, one of the nipples broke And the plate will not stay in place so what now happens when the box turns to empty that when it turns back around on itself, everything comes back out of the bag back into the litter box which makes the litter box non-usable. I am brokenhearted that this plate has broken because it was working well, but not now and I would not pay that much money to just to get four weeks of work out of it.

This is a third off brand I have tried and it does have some issues. The instructions are lacking alot of info so there is a lot of figuring it out on your own but it is not real complicated. It does not know when the bag is full so it continues to clean the litter and while it is spinning, some of the old dirty litter falls back into the chamber so you have to keep an eye on it and I would suggest checking each day. The weak link is the plastic piece that holds the bags in I do not think will last long that is why they included an extra one. But the app is useful and it comes with two full rolls of bags and an extra collar that holds the bags. It does keep odors at bay and no icky litter smells and its priced well and not as high priced as others

This kitty litter box is super safe for your cat. That was actually my number one concern because I had heard so many horror stories about other kitty litter boxes. This one will stop moving if it detects anything in front of it and turns extremely slow , minimizing any risk of injury. I have three cats and they all love this litter box because it's not super loud and has plenty of room inside. The app is pretty cool because you can track how many times your car uses the bathroom each day and how long it takes. Also somewhat weighs your cat but you need to take in account the weight of your litter. I set my litter box to clean every 45 mins and it makes so much of a difference in my household. It does take a very cycles to clean everything thoroughly sometimes but it comes with extra bags and you could say that they hold a lot of crap! The litter box also doesn't close at all so there is no danger of your pet getting caught. The collected litter is actually in the top, as the litterbox goes through its cleaning cycle the dirty litter is collected in a little trap door that dumps it directly into the litter bags(it is also not big enough to trap your cat). All you have to do is change the bags and add litter occasionally which is AWESOME. Works with several types of litter. The app will level new litter and will also notify you when it is time to change the bag out. Honestly this is such a time saver and my cats always have super clean litter without having to wait for me to change it when I get home from work.

I set up this self-cleaning box a month ago, right after moving my two rescue cats into a smaller apartment. Assembly took maybe fifteen minutes—just click the drum onto the base, scan the QR code, and the app found Wi-Fi on the first try. Now the sensor waits until both cats finish their business before the drum rotates, sifting clumps into a charcoal-lined drawer that I empty every six or seven days. The rubber gasket at the entry stops scatter, so there’s almost no litter tracking onto the floor mats anymore. Smell control is the real win: even after tuna night, the room still smells like… well, room. One quirk—if the waste liner isn’t tucked just right the drawer won’t close, so I keep an extra bag roll nearby. Overall, the convenience has me wondering why I ever scooped at all.
