I have two cats and they understood how to use this litter box right away. It is very quiet, has no bad smell, and I can go for a full week without touching the litter. I only need to remove the waste bag once a week and everything stays clean. It really feels like a dream because I do not have to scoop or clean anything anymore. The machine works with a smart rotating drum that separates the dirty litter from the clean one. When it turns, the clumps fall into a closed container that keeps all the smell inside. The sensors are very sensitive and stop the movement if a cat comes near, so it feels completely safe. The materials are strong and look elegant. The sound is very soft, almost silent, so my cats are not afraid of it. The mat that comes with it is great quality and very useful, it keeps the floor clean and is usually sold separately, so it makes the price even better. The app is easy to use. I can see how many times the cats used it, start a cleaning cycle, or check if the waste bin is full directly from my phone. For this price, the product is excellent. It works perfectly, saves a lot of time, and keeps my house clean and fresh. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone with cats.

Do not recommended this litterbox. Cons: The litterbox broke after 1 day of use. It was still able to partially turn, before making a high pitched error sound and stopping. We thoroughly cleaned it, and investigated for anything blocking any sensors, and found nothing. - The app threw an error that had no details and there was no online support in how to fix this. - We only owned it for less than 2 days before it was virtually unusable due to this error There is some opening where litter can spill from while rotating. The litterbox’s leveling function also didnt work for us, and left the litter on a slope that we manually had to level. Not a big deal but the weight function was broken Pros: When it worked, i will say it worked well. The litter was cleanly put into a bag. It was easy to connect to the app. We had 5ghz wifi and had no issue connecting.

Great product! I’ve had 4 different styles of cat boxes and this one, by far, is the best. There is virtually no odor. I have a large male cat and change the bag every 4-5 days. The accompanying mat stops all litter tracking. It’s super quiet and cleans rather quickly after the cat “visits”. I took it apart to clean and broke the “flap door” and the company immediately replaced it for me. They were extremely responsive and so nice and helpful. Easy to thoroughly clean and seems to use less litter then the other automated boxes I’ve owned. Also, i love the app. It actually tells you every time it cleans, their weight, and when the bag need to be changes. I highly recommend

I wanted to update my review to mention the seller. The filter piece broke, and the seller was very prompt with their response. They asked for a picture of what I needed and they sent me a new one as soon as they had one in stock. My only complaint is that the picture said it includes 2 pressure rings & a mat. Mine only came with the attached pressure ring and no mat. I got this litter box to replace a similar one that I bought from another distributor. The previous one seemed to work ok, but it kept giving an error that the barrel wasn't on correctly, even though it was. Before deciding to replace it, I just added another Breeze litter box to the area, but the cat that likes automatic boxes was not happy about that. This one was actually a little less expensive than my previous one, and it's a lot simpler: it only has 2 buttons instead of 4, and instead of tying the garbage bag ties around a spindle, the bag goes into a holder that snaps into place. I like how the mat in this one is a sturdy material and is clearly marked "Left" and "Right" (in case the litter needs adjusting) and that the "minimum" and "maximum lines for litter are also clearly marked. I will say that I had a little trouble getting the unit out of the box; as a short person, it was kind of difficult to get my arms around it to properly unbox it. But, I was eventually able to do it. It is very easy to pair the unit with a smartphone; just hold the phone near the unit after pushing the button and it pairs pretty quickly. The instruction booklet is also written fairly clearly. Granted, this is not the name brand Litter Robot, but it's also not $550. However, after trying many different kinds of automatic litter boxes, I would definitely recommend this one.

I have two cats, and between work and travel, I used to dread scooping (which I only had to go back to doing because my last auto litter box broke). Now I barely have to think about it. The cleaning cycle is smooth and quiet, and the odor control is incredible. My apartment used to have that faint “cat box” smell no matter how often I scooped, and now it just smells clean. This also feels much more sturdy than the last one I ordered of a similar price point. The app is surprisingly useful too. It sends a notification when the waste drawer is full and even tracks my cats’ weight trends, which I didn’t expect to care about but now love having. Setup took less than 10 minutes, and both cats were curious and using it by the end of the day. It’s well-built, looks modern, and feels like a genuine upgrade for both me and my cats. If you’re on the fence, just get it; this thing is worth every penny.

I am not impressed. It is hard to put litter into the box. You can only put it in using the entrance and tipping the unit backwards. The sensor doesn’t work and my cat is very curious as to how the unit works so he places his head in the opening and the unit keeps going. The door for the excrement barely works. When the machine cleans, only 20% of the time does the unit deposit excrement into the bag. Really disappointed and probably will return.
