Update: Support reached back out to me and was both friendly and able to quickly solve both of my issues with the device. Friendly and effective support make this product easily worth the 5 stars. If you happen to have an issue with yours, the support address is in the manual and they're fantastic! ---------------------------------------- Original review ---------------------------------------- I really want to leave a good review here...I just can't currently. The cleaning function generally works well. Cat detection has worked fine too. However, I've had issues since day 1 with the device constantly complaining that the disposal bag is "getting full" even when it's empty. I finally gave up and swapped the bag, even though it barely had anything in it. First bag change, one of the flimsy plastic locking rings broke. Thankfully they included a spare. But after that, the product will be rendered useless. Oh, and after swapping to a new bag, unsurprisingly, it has continued constantly complaining about the now empty bag being "almost full". Finally, and perhaps most concerningly, I attempted to reach out to support. The only email address listed in the manual is what appears to be a personal Gmail address. I couldn't find a functioning website for the company anywhere. I emailed the Gmail address almost a week ago and haven't heard back. I'll update this review if I ever hear back from them; but if not, I'll likely be returning this, unfortunately.

This is a great low cost value other than Litter Robot. I have the Bot which I love but...was too much money and I bought this for my sister who is frequently out of state and I take care of her cat. She has one adult small cat. I visit twice per week and make sure the litter is full and empty the bag. I probably could go a full week without issue. I would be concerned for a cat over 15 pounds and mulitple cats. Not sure how comfortable it would be. One feature I would love on the app is notice that its time to change the waste bag and evaluate how full it is. But you can't have everything. For the price this cat box is great!

Love It ! You do need to pay attention when changing the bag, I changed bag and didn't pay attention and bag was closed so the box couldn't empty. I do recommend this box.

This is a third off brand I have tried and it does have some issues. The instructions are lacking alot of info so there is a lot of figuring it out on your own but it is not real complicated. It does not know when the bag is full so it continues to clean the litter and while it is spinning, some of the old dirty litter falls back into the chamber so you have to keep an eye on it and I would suggest checking each day. The weak link is the plastic piece that holds the bags in I do not think will last long that is why they included an extra one. But the app is useful and it comes with two full rolls of bags and an extra collar that holds the bags. It does keep odors at bay and no icky litter smells and its priced well and not as high priced as others

** the company reached out to me and sent me a new retrofit for the plate that was broken. It took less than five days for the part two arrive along with instructions and pictures on how to remove the old part and put the new one in. It took about 15 minutes to replace the part.The company is very responsive and helpful. My cats are overjoyed with the prospect of their cat box fixed and running. I would highly recommend this cat box which is my cats favorite and this company five stars all around. my cats love this box all 11 of them they used to constantly. I was happy to finally find a box that worked well for them because it was lower to the floor. There is nothing special about this box. It’s just a standard push button cat box. I like that you could set the different timings on it and it worked off my genie app which I already had Genie lightbulbs. It is very lightweight and was easy to clean. There really wasn’t any stickiness when it turned to empty. as long as you kept it wiped down, there was no smell. The only problem I had with this box and if they fix the design, it would work better is the plate where when the box turns to empty, it’s supposed to keep the waist in the bag. That plate has little nipples that hook into a slot, one of the nipples broke And the plate will not stay in place so what now happens when the box turns to empty that when it turns back around on itself, everything comes back out of the bag back into the litter box which makes the litter box non-usable. I am brokenhearted that this plate has broken because it was working well, but not now and I would not pay that much money to just to get four weeks of work out of it.
