I love this hose mainly because of the weight. I have always used good hoses for everything but I have found them too cumbersome to maneuver through the gardens. Rolling it up is another huge issue. This is my third lightweight hose and I can't say enough good things about how easy it is to manage. As the water fills through the hose, it lengthens. When the tap is turned off, the hose begins to drain and rolls itself back on to the holder. My hoses are located in totally opposite climates. My 2 original hoses are over 1 year old and have gone through a winter climate with temperatures below zero. One was left outside and exposed, the other was in an unheated garage. Both hoses survived the harsh winter with no downside. The newest hose is in south Florida and has only been installed a few weeks. It is mounted outside, in an area that has no sun. I am optimistic it will be fine. The last location is more of a concern and currently has an older rubber hose. It is exposed to constant sun and extreme heat of Florida summers so I have not changed this one. If anyone has this experience, I would appreciate hearing how the hose fared before I switch this one. If your climate has very cold temps, it would be easy to bring the hose indoors for the winter. A small storage bag is provided and it could be stored in an extremely small area.

This hose (and another one identical to it that I bought that's 150ft) is hands down the best hose I have ever purchased. The fittings are all brass, with ball valve shutoffs, so they intended to make this hose last forever. I am still amazed by how small this (and the 150ft) hose automatically retracts down on itself, purging all the water from it, and fits easily in the bag it came in. I left it out all summer, and it never faded, or the tough cover never frayed, it still looks new! The customer service is next to none, these guys stand behind their warranty, and I will never buy a different hose other than this design from this company ever again! Highly Recommended, 10 out of 10. If someone stole this from me today, I would buy another one from this company immediately.

I love the hose, it’s very lightweight, very easy to maneuver and worked great for two years. It sprung a leak this summer and I sent an email the other website because of a lifetime warranty, and I did not hear back from them. However I contacted them through Amazon and the customer service rep said he had not seen an email come through from me but will take care of the issue right away, I had a new hose within two days. Even though it leaked after only a couple of years, it was still the best hose I’ve used yet out of many hoses like this. And with the warranty, you can’t beat it!

So far the hose is pretty good. The spray nozzle is junk. The first time I used it barely any water came out. The second time we went to use it, it had water spraying right out of the seam down the back of it. We bought a nozzle from home depot, no issues. I'm glad the hose is universal.

They are worth the money. Got a big property and have 4 of them connected and in constant use. Of course they don’t last as long as a heavy- duty rubber ones but dealing with the unwieldy- ness and weight ruins my pleasure of watering.
