I have been using the J&B 75 ft XpandaHose for six years on my front porch and I NEVER want to use anything else. The product is outstanding, and the customer service is SUPERB! The company stands behind their product! Not many companies do anymore. When I am not using the hose, I release the pressure and it contracts to almost nothing and is not noticeable in the corner behind my flower pot. When I need to water, I turn it on, it expands and I can water my garden, my front lawn or wash my car without having to drag a heavy hose or ask someone to help me. The hose started leaking before we were going on a spring break trip and I was afraid the potted plants and new grass seed would die before we got back if there was no hose for my neighbor to water with. I sent an email to J&B, with pictures of the dripping hose, order number, and summary of the time constraint we were under. I received a return email the same day saying that a replacement was on the way. The replacement arrived before we left on our trip and none of our plants died ! I cannot say enough good compliments about J&B XpandaHose and the company's owners!

We purchased 100 and 150ft XpandaHoses at the first of the year and have been so pleased! We use them regularly and find that they are light weight, easy to carry and easy to roll back up without getting tangled. The hose itself definitely appears to be very durable and has 3/4-inch brass connectors, not cheap metal or plastic ones like a lot of the "expandable" hoses sold at big box stores. My husband used the 150ft one while pressure washing the driveway and it was SO much easier to move around than a regular garden hose. Unfortunately the brass on/off valve on the connector broke off during the process, not sure if it was from the vibrations on the pressure washer or what... So why do I still give it 5 stars? Because of the LIFETIME WARRANTY and EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I got a prompt reply to my email and a prompt delivery of a brand new hose to our doorstep. Highly recommend this business--not too many companies out there with customer service like this nowadays. And highly recommend this hose, it's been a game changer for us. We've been through so many different types of water hoses over the years, and feel that we have thrown money down the drain as they've cracked or split open. The price on these hoses is reasonable when you know you're dealing with a company willing to back up the product for a lifetime.

The hose is really nice and looks great. Has heavy duty brass fittings. Well made. Will see how it holds up in time. The plastic spray nozzle broke the second time using it. It probably fell on the hard pavers. It doesn't look broke, but something inside has broken. No water comes out. But, I did not purchase this for the nozzle. I have a better one made out of metal. I did remove one star for others reviewers than may need a spray nozzle. But really, do you expect to get a high quality hose, AND a high quality metal spray nozzle for this price? I see it as the spray nozzle was just a bonus freebie.

So handy! Bought a 100’ last year for the back yard, loved it, so we ordered a 50’ for the side and one for the front. The hose is durable, but light in weight, so easy to handle. It collapses, so takes no space to store. I’ve bought a couple of other brands in the past that weren’t the same quality.

Love this hose, it is everything as described. But I mostly love this company. After 2 years of use, there was a small crack in the fitting that caused a leak. Since this is advertised as a lifetime warranty, I contacted the manufacturer, reached a voice mail asking to send them an e-mail with a video/picture of the problem. They responded with an email saying that the part will be replaced & sent to my house. To my surprise, they sent a brand-new hose to my house within a couple of days. It's rare to find a company that stands behind their product & promise. It's a pleasure working with a company that takes pride in their product & customer service. Will defiantly recommend them to everyone that I know.
