Great! When not pressurized it sits flat. Very well built so it can go across the driveway and get run over without damage. Really light and easy to move around. My only complaint is how it's packaged. Instead of a nice roll, it was kind of stuck into the box making it hard to untangle and untwist the first time out. But it's really light enough so that it wasn't much of a task... just an annoyance. But now that it's unrolled and in use, it's FAR better than standard stiff round hoses.

Very durable and hose is as advertised. I got the 100 foot hose and it reaches around my house into my back yard. Lightweight so it’s easy to carry around. Surprisingly well made! This hose was purchased to be used in a hobby greenhouse. I have been pleasantly surprised with the way this hose slips over most obstructions, doesn't kink, mud washes off easily, and won't crush underfoot. I will with hold one star because I do not know how it will hold up over time. But if it doesn't I would still buy another a long time before I would buy another snake hose that contracts.

I’ve been using this 100 ft garden hose for a little while now, and overall I’m really happy with it. One of the first things I noticed is how lightweight it is compared to traditional hoses, which makes it much easier to carry around the yard and store afterward. It feels flexible and doesn’t tangle as much as other hoses I’ve tried. While you still need to position it properly to avoid twists, it generally stays kink-free during normal use. The included nozzle is a nice bonus—it has multiple spray settings that are useful for different tasks like watering plants or cleaning.
