I can't believe how easy it was to set up the printer to my mac laptop. It was a little more effort to hook up bluetooth, which was a little odd to me but it wasn't hard. The directions are a little off but it's easy enough to figure them out. I have to give Kudos to their customer service. I wasn't sure which paper to order so I reached out to their customer service and received a prompt email back with links to paper and a link to instructions for using single sheet thermal paper (using the single sheet was exactly what I thought but I didn't quite do it correctly before the instructions). I needed something for travel and this fits the bill perfectly. Easy to set up, good print quality and super light and portable. Great find.

I have been looking for a proper plug and print printer for years. Installing the app was easy ,connecting to my smartphone's bluetooth some how even easier . This printer is a type c device comes with a type c cord and c type adapter and velvety gray bag to slip the printer into. Really love it might get the purple one for my sister.

Versatile printer because of the various papers it can use. Needs a more detailed instruction manual. Also wish it would print from a computer without a wire as opposed to just from a phone. Have not been able to find extra A4 paper rolls.

This is a nice printer with slightly better printing quality than my previous printer. The 300 dpi printing is easier to read. My previous printer was blurry and inconsistent. I do feel that most pink printers are always lighter in person and off by a few shades. Nonetheless, the printer itself does a good job. It's light enough to take with you on the go and will easily fit inside your large bag. You do need special thermal paper with this printer. The paper can be thin and unprofessional in my personal opinion but, it does the job. Overall, great for anyone that does not mind thermal paper.
