Amazon, I think how these glasses are packaged is great. They are wrapped individually and very secure. The box is sealed with tape that says "Fragile". All good so far. For some unknown reason they take that box and put it in ANOTHER box without any indications of the Fragile glasses inside. I had to order this 2x to get 10 glasses. It should have been 12. I bought a set of six for a friend, and her mom bought some from the same company. Because they are handmade, the two sets weren't exactly identical (one set was a bit shorter and different pattern). Sent a message to the company and they were awesome. Not only did they send out new ones immediately, but let us keep the others. They are beautifully made glasses and I would highly recommend.
