Description

Enjoy consistently clean floors without adding another task to your day. This advanced mop and vacuum robot is built to handle everyday messes automatically—before crumbs, dust, pet hair, and spills have a chance to pile up. Unlike basic 2‑in‑1 cleaners, it offers four customizable cleaning modes to match every situation: vacuum‑only for quick dry debris pickup, mop‑only for freshening hard floors, vacuum and mop at the same time for everyday cleaning, or vacuum first then mop for a deeper, more thorough clean. With powerful suction and DualClean™ Mop Pads, it tackles dust and spills with precision, while SmartScrub technology applies extra pressure to break down dried food, muddy paw prints, and sticky kitchen splatter you’d normally need to scrub by hand. Its slim, low‑profile design fits under more furniture, while extending edge brushes pull debris from corners and baseboards where dirt collects. Tangle‑free rubber brushes are ideal for homes with pets, capturing hair without wrapping or clogging, so performance stays consistent run after run. Every clean starts fresh thanks to the AutoWash™ Dock, which automatically empties debris, rewets the mop pads, and washes and heat‑dries mop pads at 45°C after each job. That means no lingering odors, no dirty pads reused, and less day‑to‑day maintenance for you—delivering cleaner floors for months with minimal effort. Advanced LiDAR mapping and obstacle recognition help the robot glide smoothly around shoes, cords, and toys—no pre‑cleaning required. It intelligently detects carpets and lifts mop pads 10mm before crossing rugs to keep carpets dry while deep‑cleaning hard floors. Use the app or voice control to schedule cleans, choose the ideal cleaning mode, target high‑traffic areas like kitchens and entryways, or send it straight to problem spots—so your home stays clean on your schedule, not your to‑do list.

  • Cleans well and VERY QUIET
So far it’s working perfectly. It mops very well also. FYI you need to order mopping liquid. It doesn’t come with it. It’s so quiet it doesn’t even scare my dog.

  • I love the way it cleans my floors!
This Roomba Plus 415 is perfect for my situation and for me it’s a 5 star purchase. But I have a small house with no pets, we don’t wear shoes in the house, the whole house has vinyl flooring, and we are generally pretty tidy. This is my first floor care robot and my routine has been to vacuum with an electric broom 1-2 times a week and sweep any messes in between. I mopped once a week. Over the years I have tried most mop types and mopping systems available. Mopping is my least favorite chore, so when floor care robots started offering the mopping feature I got interested very quickly. I think this price point is attractive for a first-time buyer and I have watched a lot of online videos about various brands. I feel good about the Roomba brand as a steady performer. It is key to download the Roomba App first as it guides you through the basic set up and mapping. The app links to the owner’s manual which is something I like to get familiar with. Per the manual, I let it charge overnight before running the mapping sequence. Mapping my home took about 10 minutes. I closed off the smaller bathroom because I plan on doing that by hand. The controls are in the app so WiFi connectivity is important and Bluetooth is mandatory. After mapping I ran the vacuum-only program and it did an excellent job. The suction was sufficient for my floors, and tgerexweee no crumbs or hairs or dust on the floors. Noise level was less than expected and my expectations were set by my friend’s robots. Later I reviewed the mapping and removed the trash can, a floor mat from in front of the sink, and a chair from the kitchen and sent the Roomba to vac and mop the kitchen. It navigated well and cleaned the newly exposed areas and mopped very effectively. I was dubious on the mopping with cold water, but the mopping pads and pressure the robot applies is sufficient. Floor had a nice shine afterwards. One of the mop pads extends out to reach under areas the unit is too tall to fit under. There is also an edge sweeper that sweeps up against the baseboards. All of this adds up to a level of clean that I am satisfied with. The compartment that holds the dirt it sucks up is small. Vacuuming my 1500 square foot house it had to return to the dock 3 times to empty it. I don’t think I would be as thrilled with this if I had pets. ... show more

  • Yes, Yes, and More Yes
The iRobot Roomba 415 Plus has definitely exceeded my expectations and is a huge upgrade from the Roomba I owned about 15 years ago. The biggest complaint I had with my old model was the tiny dust bin. It seemed like I had to stop multiple times every cleaning cycle just to empty it by hand, which took away much of the convenience of owning a robot vacuum. This new model completely solves that problem. Whenever Sucker’s (we named him Sucker) dust cup fills up, it simply returns to the docking station where the base automatically (magically) sucks all of the debris into a larger disposable bag inside the base. Then it heads right back out and picks up exactly where it left off. It’s completely hands-off and I love not having to think about it. The docking station is impressive (although it admittedly takes up a little more floor space than my old one). It automatically cleans the mop pads in the middle of runs, and even dries them after it finishes so they’re always ready for the next cleaning without developing that musty smell. That’s a feature I never knew I needed until I had it. The mopping performance has been fantastic. My floors are not only clean but noticeably shinier after every run (see pics). I also like that it lifts the two mops up off the floor when it goes onto my entry hall and living room rugs, so it doesn’t get them wet. This thing literally does it all. I’m thinking of putting it on top of my car and hitting start and walking away. Between the automatic emptying, self-cleaning mop system, and excellent vacuuming and mopping performance, this has become one of my favorite smart home finds. Before it arrived my wife said, “we don’t really need more technology that is just going to mess up and make things harder instead of easier.” But after using this bad boy for a while, even she’s come around and appreciates the convenience of it. ... show more

  • Amazing product and a huge Time saver!
I was skeptical about combo units after a few disappointing standalone robot vacuums, but this one has genuinely changed how I keep my floors clean. Here's the breakdown: Vacuuming Performance: Suction is strong enough to pull pet hair out of rugs and grab debris from corners and edges without me having to go back over spots manually. It navigates around furniture legs and under low-clearance areas (like the couch) without getting stuck. Mopping: The mopping function is the real star here — it lays down just the right amount of water, no oversaturating the floors or leaving streaks. Sticky spots in the kitchen that used to need hand-scrubbing now come up clean on the first pass. Mapping & Navigation: It builds an accurate map of the house quickly and remembers it between cleanings, so I can set no-go zones and it just avoids them. No random bumping into walls or getting lost — it moves with purpose. App Control: The app is intuitive and lets me schedule cleanings, choose vacuum-only vs. vacuum-and-mop, and check cleaning history. I love being able to kick off a quick clean from my phone before guests come over. Self-Emptying/Docking: The dock keeps things low-maintenance — it empties itself and (depending on the model) cleans its own mop pads, so I'm not constantly babysitting it between runs. Noise Level: Quiet enough to run while I'm working from home or during a video call without being a distraction. Overall: This combo has genuinely cut down my weekly cleaning time. Between the reliable vacuuming and surprisingly effective mopping, I don't feel like I need two separate machines anymore. Highly recommend for anyone with pets, kids, or just a busy schedule who wants consistently clean floors with minimal effort. ... show more

  • Best robo vacuum I've ever owned
The system performs impressively well, especially with how smoothly it transitions between vacuuming and mopping. Navigation is confident and deliberate, and the obstacle avoidance feels more refined than most units I have used. Floors look consistently cleaner with very little manual intervention, which makes day‑to‑day upkeep feel effortless. The self‑emptying feature is convenient, though the advertised duration depends heavily on how much debris your home produces. With a German shepherd and a cat, I found myself swapping the bag every two to three weeks, which still felt reasonable given the amount of hair they shed. The mop’s dirty‑water reservoir contains odor surprisingly well, and even though the water itself smells terrible when emptied, there has been no leaking or seepage. Product is very well made and feels quite durable, except for the bag area cover, which feels a bit like I might break it when I remove it. The vacuum produces minimal noise compared to my Roborock. It is extremely thorough and cleans around edges better than any of the two-sweeper types I've used before, especially with the articulating mop. I would advise sweeping before first use if your house is dirty because the internal reservoir for the dust compartment is quite small, or change the settings to empty more often; granted it's small mostly because it's holding several reservoirs inside of a small appliance. Overall, the combination of strong suction, reliable mopping, and thoughtful automation makes this a genuinely helpful addition to a busy home. It handles mixed flooring, pet mess, and routine cleaning with confidence. For anyone wanting a hands‑off solution that stays tidy and contained, it delivers a dependable and polished experience. ... show more

  • Mops hard floors and vacuums carpets
This is my first robot vacuum. I held off getting one for years because I worried about it not working well or having too much clutter on my floors. Turns out all those fears were unfounded. Overall, I love it. Our floor is a mixture of area rugs, door mats, and hard floors with furniture and clutter to boot - the Roomba handled it all with ease and without getting stuck. It cleans wonderfully. It’s slow and took 2.5 hours to do one floor, but just set it and forget it and there is no need to watch it work. For technology so advanced, the Roomba is remarkably easy to set up. The app makes it easy to get connected to Wi-Fi, update your firmware, and get going. The app even shows you a map of exactly where your Roomba has cleaned which is super helpful - for example the maps clearly show what areas aren’t being cleaned because of chairs or clutter - i.e. consider moving them before running the next cleaning cycle. I wouldn’t recommend running it overnight while you’re trying to sleep because there’s a fair amount of noise, especially when the Roomba empties its dustbin in the dock - which triggers a loud vacuum. The battery life is excellent, and it returns to the dock before needing charging anyway. These things are expensive but in the long run, it will save you time, hassle and the expensive of paying someone else to clean your floors. ... show more

  • Excellent entry level robot mop and vacuum - great value
This combo cleaner works on carpets, rugs, and bare floors (tile, wood, or anything in between). This is Roomba's entry level robot combo (vacuum and mop) but it still performs very well. It has sensors that lift the moping pads when it detects carpet, so it just vacuums those. Then when it is back on bare floor, the pads drop down and scrub the floor (not by moving or spin but powered by the wheels or the device). Mop pads say they need to be replaced somewhat regularly (says every 2 months if used daily or every 3-4 months with weekly use, which doesn't really make sense - it should be more like replace after xx uses, but we will see). This newer generation of cleaners is significantly smaller than the previous ones. This means it will take a bit longer to clean the same sized area, but that really doesn't matter because it is typically doing this while you are gone anyway. The smaller size though allows it to get under some couches and other furniture that the previous ones could not. It also has an easier time under my dining room table (congested area with so many chair legs to navigate. It is incredibly nice to come home to sparkling clean tiles - such a nice feeling. This is not an inexpensive purchase, but it is a great value for the benefits it provides. For those not needing the higher levels, this is a great compromise and still does everything you need. ... show more
