Very pretty couch and comfortable and at a great price point! Our family is loving it. Like some of the other reviews mentioned the back doesn’t sit very high and I find adding the small lumbar pillow behind lower back makes it the most comfortable. The couch arrived in three separate packages and early one package came one day and the other two followed the next day. The only thing I will say is if you are sensitive to chemicals and smell I recommend having a good little air filter because it does off gas, especially this first few days. My husband didn’t notice, but I certainly did and had to air off the house as well as run an air HEPA filter to absorb the VOCs! Love this couch and don’t regret this purchase at all! Took my husband a couple hours to set up and they sent the wrong directions to a slightly smaller version of the couch, but it was simple enough to figure out! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got the 4 seat couch with the 2 ottomans. this couch came in 4 boxes all within an hour of each other which was very nice! the package even came a week before estimated arrival. the couch itself overall is honestly very great for the price. the fabric is soft, it’s not too firm, there’s so many ways to arrange it, and VERY easy to put together. i have 3 animals so i love that i have the option to take off the covers to wash them as well. things i’ve noticed that i’m not the biggest fan of (aren’t deal breakers though) is the back cushions. they’re very thin but the lumbar pillows help tremendously. i will probably look into getting others that are longer so they’re not moving everywhere. the other thing is there is velcro to attach the cushions onto the ottomans, but not the actual couch cushions. i can probably end up putting some on myself but not the biggest deal. i’m short myself so the comments about it being too low to the ground really isn’t an issue for me either. i will say one box that was received arrived with gasoline spilt on it (i’m still wondering what even happened that caused this). this box contained a base, cushions, and the arm rests. the arm rests were the only things that really were ruined from the smell, but everything else comes vacuum sealed so thankfully that wasn’t messed up. i contacted amazon support immediately and they messaged the seller, which were so quick to respond back. after sending photos of the soiled box and the items in it they have already replied to send replacement arm rests! 10/10 for customer service honestly :) i looked at hundreds of couches online and in store before deciding on one and i finally pulled the trigger on this one and i love it so far! i will update later in the future on how it holds up if there is any issues im having with it. ... show more

Very comfortable, soft and fit perfect in the space. Only downfall is the back cushions just sit on the couch and they go everywhere so i plan to get velcro or something to hold the back cushions in place.

Everything arrived quickly..nothing was damaged..the shipping company was great at answering any questions I had. The couch is beautiful!! It's comfortable, soft and has plenty of room to sit on! We were surprised by how sturdy and well made it is..I looked at several sofas (probably over 100) and this is the one we decided on and have no regrets. The sofa is pretty low, so I’d say if you’re taller it’s probably not for you. I was missing a couple bolts and other hardware but still managed to get it to be sturdy enough. It does the job for now for our small apartment.

I digged deep into alot of the sofas within the same price range on Amazon and everything looked like a boxy uncomfortable couch, and I just wanted more cushioning than what most of the other sofas seemed to provide, so glad I trusted the single review I found on here! Was honestly skeptical at first since there was that single review but it looked like it matched what i was looking for quality and comfort wise and fell within my price range. I assembled it by myself, took me about an hour, pretty easy to put together, instructions are clear, came in two boxes. The color is more of an off white-creamy white which is what I was looking for. Height wise i think it’s comfortable enough off the floor unless you prefer higher sofas!
