The media could not be loaded. I'm so happy that I decided to write my very first Amazon review. This is great for someone on a tight budget and perfect for small spaces. After reading other reviews and weighing out the pros and cons vs the price, it was a no brainer. Some negative comments were the back pillows are very thin - this is very true but simple fix is to get cheap pretty pillows. Another was that the couch is very low so I started looking into furniture risers or taller couch legs before it even came in. So glad I waited because I think it's perfect as is- completely depends on preference and maybe I don't mind cuz I'm 5'3" lol. Also the color is off from pictures listed but I love the overall look, it's comfy, and easy to put together and pull for moving.     • Cheap uncomfortable waste of money and time

The boxes were huge and packed so tight that I hurt my hands opening them I have extremely bad carpal tunnel but even with my hand braces on, I hurt my hands and made them worse opening the boxes and putting the couch together just for it to not be worth it! The cushions do not puff out after 48 or even 72 hrs! The pillows slide and it’s cheap! My 5 yr old banged her head in the back of it and asks why it’s so uncomfortable and hard. I get that we get what we pay for but $400 plus $100 shipping it should n could be better then this! The seller offered me a $60 partial refund if I wanna keep it but that won’t even get me 4 pillows and I would need way more then that. I was looking forward to having a soft couch for my daughter ti relax and fall asleep on me and for me to recuperate after my surgery but now I have to wait till I can get hopefully all my money back and am couch shopping again! Easy tobput together even with some parts being bent but it was a nightmare to open the boxes and soo much to take away to recycling bin and it’s not worth the money time or aggravation and the seller does not offer pick up so after spending $100 shipping.. I am now responsible for pick up and return and am starting all over looking for a couch. I hope to god I get all of my money back and if not that would be stealing and I am entitled to more them this seller has offered me so far so I won’t just let it go. I am a single mother and need my money and a decent couch for my child that will last us. Do not waste your time. It looks great in the pictures but it’s a terrible waste unless your completely desperate and even then they sell futons for $100 or $200 that are better then this . Putting it together was pretty easy. It looks great and it's comfy! The reviews mentioned the color may be off a bit, but it still looks great. It's way bigger than I thought, my husband and I are able to comfortably watch a movie together. One thing is, reviews said cushions/pillows were flat. I fluffed my pillows and they were perfect, besides the left corner. I opened the zipper and found a hole in the "netting" and missing stuffing. just check your pillow(s) in case it seems flatter than usual. I used some extra stuffing from a spare pillow and it's looking good now. Overall, we love the couch. So far it has been pretty sturdy, comfy, and spacious for only 500 dollars! ... show more

So it got delivered with FedEx in 3 separate 60lb boxes. Was really simple to assemble. All cushions are vacuum packed and need time to go back to full size. The feet are plastic. The material is very soft, and cushions are firm. THE BACK CUSIONS ARE HELLA THIN! I stuffed a throw pillow in each back cushion and it helped a lot. I will probably be getting stuffing for the "arms" considering they are pancake thin. I will also be getting velcro for the back cushions since they fall all over the place due to lack thereof. Overall, it's what I expect of a 400$ couch ( I got it on sale). The back is quite short but hey, it's better than our old torn up couch we had. I don't think I'd ever buy it again, but I'd never think about the return process. Hopefully it lasts a while. ... show more

I was really nervous about this sofa and worrying about having to pay to return it if it didn’t work out. I’m so glad I took a chance after reading reviews, it’s the perfect budget couch for a small space. My kids will be able to enjoy it fully in the family room and it looks super easy to clean. The cushions need a good fluffing and air but all n all, for the price it’s a decent comfy sofa with an aesthetic. The media could not be loaded. After using the couch for a couple months, I figured I could write a really good review. The price is good. The sizes decent. My only problem is The main back piece has begun to bend after normal to light use. My living room/dining room area is open and I don’t have a wall to sit the couch on to help with support. The back begun to bend where the back piece and the base meet because it’s just two metal pieces to hold up the main backing. I’m not sure how to help with this besides being able to sit it against a wall which I’m not able to do. ... show more

Like many others, I wasn’t expecting much for the price of this couch. We just needed something to sit/sleep on for my mother’s place. I am very happy with this purchase! This couch was easy to put together and is comfortable. It is firm, but not hard like a rock. If you want more softness, a few throw pillows help. My 6’ tall son sleeps on it with no complaints. I was worried that it was going to be too low, but it’s fine for an average height person. If you need support to get up, this is not for you. The arms are basically cushions. I was also concerned about the material but it looks quite nice in person, and is easy to clean (already had to clean paint off of it with no trouble). I like that you can re-configure it, even though it only “locks” in the shown U shape. Who knows how long this will last, but for the price, it’s fabulous. It seems sturdy enough, but if you’ve got active kids, it might not hold up as long. Overall it’s a great buy for the price! We used the coupon so it was $400 before tax. We’ve already had an guest ask us for the link so they can buy it too. ... show more
