Couch is comfortable and the cover is super soft and makes a great “family room” lounge area! None of the “scratchy uncomfortable” material that so many couches are made out of! Looks inviting and comfortable. Feels soft, but also is sturdy and very supportive. (You’re not going to bounce and slide off of it like those Y2K blow up chairs! 🤣 ) Foam is thick and dense, but also still memory foam…so just like a super thick mattress really. Couch arrived in the estimated timeframe without issue or incident. It shipped in 3 boxes and although heavy, they were moveable by myself. (55-67lbs each). The couch sections 100% “inflated” with ease over 24-36 hours. Once opened I’d say it expanded to 85-90% with some help to “fluff” things as described in the instructions, and remaining expansion happened in the next day or so. Easy to rearrange to make more of a “bed like” lounge area for movies, binge watching TV, and overall just making a more comfortable snuggle nest. The ONLY complaint I have is the pieces kinda separate and the crack of doom occurs sometimes swallowing remotes, snacks, you…. But I also knew they were modular movable pieces and purchased the couch knowing this could be a possibility. I’ve been thinking of “removable solutions” like heavy duty velcro or making a “frame” to keep pieces together, and will report back if I have any earth shattering ideas that happen to work out to give others solid feedback on solutions! Overall, solid product for the price and no real problems I didn’t knowingly agree too before purchasing! Honorable mention of the seller: I received updates immediately as far as shipping and processing went, as well as follow up from them to ensure that I received my order as expected! Shipping numbers for all 3 packages were sent to me to be able to track them. Solid communication and customer support and I appreciate that considering it was NOT Amazon delivery that delivered it!

Couch is ok. Does not have any Velcro where it could connect so comes apart very often. Constantly pushing it together. When we took it out of the box it said it would be taller it is very short on the back as well. The cushions are small, we are debating getting larger cushions for the back.

I was skeptical about these couches at first, but because of the price being cheaper than your average standard furniture i gave it a try. Let me tell you, this is my favorite couch weve ever owned! Its very comfortable, very simple to move/install, and the absolute best to rest and relax on. I regularly take naps on it. For the price, i will probably never go back to a standard couch. The couch we had before this was double the price, and the wood broke on the frame within a year of owning it. This will never break. Highly recommend. Also, i received two of the same sides of the couch, and the seller made it right and had fixed the issue quickly!

*Excuse the place jus moved in* Couch is beautiful and super comfortable. Another plus was it came sooner than expected. Easy to unpack and set up. Couches are heavy/sturdy (but get velcro strips to keep the cushions from separating). I love it!
