I am so happy with this purchase. All packages delivered at the same time on the first day of my delivery window. All pieces were included in the correct boxes and labeled correctly. Directions are pictured only and were easy to understand and follow. I highly recommend opening and completing one box at a time! We were all set in about an hour and a half. I’ve had this couch for about a month and a half, and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for multiple seating options and something comfy for movie night or a good nights sleep. But I have concerns about how the couch will wear after a year or so of regular use, along with the backrest cushions What I love: -Fabric is durable, even with a big dog and cat with claws. -very comfortable even to sleep on, the arm rests are even angled appropriately for a decent pillow -sturdy frame on the main parts of the couch -lots of room to lay and sit however you please -Velcro backrests make it easy for cleaning -storage is great and roomy -modular aspect makes it easy to customize seating for any occasion What I don’t like: -Pull-out frame seems like it may not hold up over time. It squeaks when moving around and the arms don’t seem as strong as the rest of the couch and its frame. Does not always lock into place fully when pulled out, requires a weight test before use so you don’t fall into the abyss with the cushion upon sitting -backrests are only secured with one strip of Velcro at the top of the backrest, making for poor lower back support as the backrest cushion angles backwards while the top angles forwards. Requires a throw pillow to sit back comfortably. -backrest cushions aren’t filled with enough stuffing, which contributes to the odd angle and poor lower back support -ottoman is somewhat difficult to pickup to move due to the low sides -sitting on the cushion crack means sitting on the floor of the couch Overall I’m happy with the purchase as it’s an upgrade from what I had previously, and is very comfortable. I’m worried about the cushions degrading and getting squished over time, especially the backrest cushions, but i personally am crafty enough to fill the cushions in the future (or figure it out) if they get low. Even if you’re not looking to do that, I still would recommend this. Can’t say if they’ll squish or not until more time has passed. Solid 4.2 out of 5 for me

This was an awful couch. Just in general not very comfy and it rips so easily. I will say that the sellers gave me a partial refund for the cushions that bunched up and are misshapen. But now that we’re a couple months down the road I wish I had just returned the couch instead of accepting a partial refund. The arms of the couch flop over the side of the couch which causes them to get worn and they’ve already ripped. The back cushions as I’ve mentioned get misshapen and I can’t get them back in shape. The back cushions also have just a regular piece of Velcro holding them on that not super strong so the cushions come off very easily. The instructions were also confusing. Again, I wish I had just returned the couch and gotten another one somewhere else.

This couch far exceeded my expectations. It was on sale for $750 when I purchased it which is a steal! The cushions are EXTREMELY soft and comfortable. Its appearance is very modern and saves up so much space! The height is perfect and it easily folds back to make it not like a day bed. Personally we leave it like this especially with a baby because it gives us a lot of room to stretch out and again SUPER COMFORTABLE. The fabric is phenomenal and very easy to clean! 10/10 definitely recommend! Would purchase again! The storage area is perfect for pillows and blankets as the ottoman can hold things as well as the chase WHICH can be accessed while the couch is in “day bed mode” as I say. Nothing but good things to report!

EDIT- I am adding another star to this couch based completely on customer service- company reached out and apologized for our disappointment they also did let us know that the oddment is considered the seventh seat - they seemed sincere in their apology and our confusion on seating- very good customer service and it was very much appreciated to have them reach out- So if you are smarter than me you will count the seating and see it only seats 6 they are apparently counting the corner seat twice- so firstly it doesn’t seat 7- The instructions are not great but doable- but everything is in different boxes so you cant complete one box and move on- you have to open it all and figure it out- This couch is so incredibly stiff and uncomfortable I don’t even know how any one could possibly use the pull out bed and be able to move in the morning- I hurt after just 20 or so minutes of sitting on it- The back pillow on the right corner never fluffed all the way up and is saggy and dented- Now this next issue is 100% on me for not noticing height measurements but it is short! It is in the negative list because I am 5’2, when I sit on this couch my upper back, shoulders and head/neck have no support if I lean back- It collects pet hair like horribly I have to sweep the couch every single day we have cats and their hair stick so bad it’s maddening- the foot rest has to be lint rolled because the vacuum won’t get the hair out of it- so now I have to cover it with a blanket- The only 3 positives with this couch are the color is pretty we got dark grey, the fabric is soft- and it was delivered fast- If it wouldn’t be such a pain to return it we would- so for now until we can save up for a new couch and give this one away we are stuck with it-

I spent $1400 on a sectional from Costco a few years ago and it was great. I wanted something cheaper for my basement and found this. I’ve had this sofa for a few months now and it has been great. It’s definitely not as big and cushy as options from Costco, but it was $600 cheaper. I got a 5 piece sectional from Costco and it is noticeably bigger than this 7-8 piece set. The Bad: I took off a star for the deceptive advertising. The dimensions they provided for this sofa are accurate and I ordered it based on the dimensions so it worked out fine for me. But it did bother me when I took a closer look at the pictures where you see a man sitting in the sofa and his back is fully supported by the sofa. The reality is, it goes about halfway up your back. The pictures do make it look bigger than it really is, but again the dimensions provided are accurate. Back when I bought this it said the normal price was $1300, but it was on sale for $850. This also was misleading as it implied you were getting a good deal. As of writing this review the listed price is still $850, but it no longer claims to be a $1300 sofa. (It’s a decent sofa, but I’d be very upset if I spent that much on this since the quality is not the same as what you’d expect a $1300+ sofa to be) The back cushions are held in place by Velcro. It startles me when we move on the sofa since it sounds like something is tearing when the Velcro moves. I have noticed over time that once they’re broken in, the Velcro has a tighter hold so it’s not as bad now. I still wished they used zippers instead of Velcro to hold the cushions in place. The good: This delivered in 4 boxes. I was impressed how little space they took up and how efficiently these were packed. The hollow construction allowed them to stuff the cushions in the frame of the sofa sections. These are incredibly lightweight yet sturdy. If you have to move a lot these would be super easy to move. I also liked the storage space they provide. That’s the one design advantage these have over the Costco variants I looked at. Conclusion: This was the best value sectional sofa I could find that had the most seats for the price. It works. It looks decent. I don’t think you’ll find a better option for the price unless you get lucky and find something on clearance at a local furniture store. I’m happy with this as a secondary sectional for my basement, but I would personally want something better for a primary sofa. If you can’t afford something better, this will do the job just fine. I still wouldn’t pay more than $850 for this.

The size is great and fits nicely in the corner without feeling too bulky, but still has plenty of seating. The dark grey color looks clean in person and matches my space really well — not too light, not too dark. The pull-out part is honestly one of my favorite features. It slides out pretty smoothly and turns into a big lounging area or bed. I’ve already used it to relax and watch TV and it’s really comfortable. The storage compartment is also bigger than I expected — I can fit blankets and a few extra things in there easily, which helps keep everything more organized. Comfort-wise, I’d say it’s medium-firm. Not super soft like a cloud couch, but still comfortable enough for everyday use. The cushions seem to hold their shape pretty well so far. Assembly took a bit of time and it’s easier with two people, but overall it wasn’t too complicated. Once it’s set up, it feels pretty sturdy. If I had to nitpick, the cushions do shift a little after sitting for a while, so you may need to adjust them occasionally. But for the price, I think that’s pretty normal.
