The packaging wasn’t that heavy so I was able to carry it in the house and downstairs myself. It was easy to put together and comfortable. I was a little nervous that the Cushions would be flat. This couch is considered a scam for the price. I give it one star just because there is no negative option. It is a bad buy don't do it! The pictures and 3D video are not what you actually receive. Very flimsy, bad quality. Sits very very low the back is also low and the pillows are so flat and low. The pillows I received had a blue line going across them and is very noticeable. It’s a bad buy do not fall for it, not worth the $300. Now I have to start a return and go through the hassle of taking it apart and packaging it. Looks nice once assembled. Looks chic and comfy in my space. The pillows are slightly different than pictured. They do fluff but not as shown. Comfortable but this is not a take a nap sofa. U will need assistance when attaching the back. They will need to hold up to ensure the screws align. I thought my pieces were damaged/misaligned. The media could not be loaded. Great couch for the price! Soft and durable material, and the dark gray is a nice color. Even though there were no directions in either package I was able to put it together in under an hour (I am a woman). Pretty easy to put together. Not as fluffy as it looks in the photo. This photo taken right after taken out of vacuum seal so not fully inflated yet. Bottom cushions seem much sturdier than backs. Color is like a cream and fabric is soft. Shorter/closer to the ground than I anticipated

I purchased this couch expecting it to be a great fit for my living room, but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. While the couch looks and feels nice, the pillows are not thick, and the overall height of the couch is very low. I believe this couch is more suitable for babies or pets, rather than for anyone older. When I sit on it, my legs stick out, and I find that my neck and shoulders rest uncomfortably against the wall, even though I am only 5'4" tall. The manual suggested reaching out with any concerns regarding the couch, so I would like to request some type of compensation for this inconvenience.
