The media could not be loaded. Great couch for the price! Soft and durable material, and the dark gray is a nice color. Even though there were no directions in either package I was able to put it together in under an hour (I am a woman). This couch is considered a scam for the price. I give it one star just because there is no negative option. It is a bad buy don't do it! The pictures and 3D video are not what you actually receive. Very flimsy, bad quality. Sits very very low the back is also low and the pillows are so flat and low. The pillows I received had a blue line going across them and is very noticeable. It’s a bad buy do not fall for it, not worth the $300. Now I have to start a return and go through the hassle of taking it apart and packaging it. U will need assistance when attaching the back. They will need to hold up to ensure the screws align. I thought my pieces were damaged/misaligned. What can I say, it’s a bit small, and short. The length is fine, but the depth of the chaise lounge is a sold foot too short. For $350 it’s not HORRIBLE couch, it’s just not great. This could be great for little people (can we still say that?), or children. My French bulldogs think it’s absolutely perfect. Overall, the build quality is subpar. It’s easy to put together, but I just know it’s not gonna last very long but then again, it’s a $350 couch. What can you really ask for?!?! ... show more
