Absolutely Pleased With This Couch ! I am In Total Awe ! I spent 3-4 Hrs Putting it together myself . Since it’s a 2 person assembly job and only supposed to take 30 mins but, I still got it done! And I was able to all by myself . And the couch is absolutely beautiful ! Instructions were straight forward . Simple and very helpful ! The couch holds a good weight quality and my fiancée/ husband and I are both bigger people so this fits perfectly for us with our weight supporting us . ! It’s comfortable! Does not sag ! Does not creak , At first for the price I was a little hesitant . Because usually couches are so much more expensive. This was so much worth the money For my first ever couch I personally ever bought boy am I ever happy ! And pleased ! It’s amazing . Those that wrote negative reviews about this couch I’m sorry they had negative experiences. Fortunately I had nothing but good ones In my case . So I’m thankful on that . The pillow and the backrest back pillows (cushions ) are perfectly fine to me ! No issues there and my man absolutely loves it and was so proud of me . I am a woman who is more girly who does make up and into fashion and hair . Then being able to put furniture and things together . LOVE this couch!!! We received it in three long but narrow boxes. The couch was REALLY easy to put together, It’s super soft, and is actually really sturdy!! I was hesitant as this is my first furniture piece from Amazon, but I’m impressed! It’s definitely not a top notch couch, but it’s definitely worth the money so far! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the armrests and back cushions are not very full/comfortable as they aren’t as padded at the seats. But that’s an easy fix with getting a few bags of Polly fill and adding to each cushion! It does sit a little lower than most couches, but it’s not terrible at all! All in all I’d definitely recommend getting this couch for anyone looking for something comfortable but not too pricey!🙂 ... show more

Okay, overall the couch is great for the price. The setup was pretty easy and quick and I did it alone. (Female) The couch itself is very soft and looks amazing. It is low to the ground and the back cushions are not super sturdy but we have ours against the wall so that doesn’t matter much. The cushions move A LOT so we had to buy some Velcro strips and that helps a lot. As for the delivery, oh man I would give 0 stars for that. First and foremost my couch came super quick and only 2/3 boxes came. I waited for the third box before even trying to set it up because of the return policy. They shipped me 1 box that was the completely wrong couch. Wrong color and fabric. Their customer service is terrible. They take DAYS to respond to one single message so my problem took almost 2 weeks to resolve! They ended up sending the correct one after weeks of back and forth and then ignoring me until Amazon stepped in. They told me to keep the other couch part and dispose of it myself since I wasn’t able to bring it anywhere. I mean that’s cool and all but I just am going to donate it because there’s barely enough parts for it to be beneficial to me. Couch is super pretty and super great for the price but the shipping and customer service was TERRIBLE. Would never buy from them again due to this. ... show more

first off, it does look good, very easy setup about 45 minutes. second, the back cushions are terrible! way to thin, either add extra foam or get new ones. third, it has to sit against a wall, the back bolts on and the wood is not very thick. with no support it would be easy to break the back off. shipping was fun, it comes in two boxes and they did not arrive together witch sucked because i had the room ready to set it up to assemble the couch when it said it was out for delivery. all in all not to bad but not very comfortable. if you looking for something to lounge on in front of the tv, this is not it ... show more

Great couch for the price. I wanted to wait awhile before giving a review. I ordered this couch in April and it’s done its job so far. Before ordering I was hesitant due to the reviews about it not fluffing all the way but I didn’t have that issue. I left the parts out for 3 days before assembling and had no issue with them fluffing. Some parts even did it the first day. The only issue I have is the cushions not staying in place. There’s Velcro for the seating pieces but it isn’t super strong. As for the back, there’s no Velcro and those move a lot as well. I plan to order a stronger Velcro to fix it. Other than that, it was super easy to assemble, I did it by myself (5’6 woman). It’s not too firm but is soft enough to relax. There is enough space to slide a storage bin under if needed. And as for the material? It cleans pretty well. My baby has used crayon, pen and lots of food to decorate it and it just comes off with a baby/clorox wipe. If you’re looking for a good couch without spending a lot, this is definitely a must buy ! ... show more

I’ve never written a product review before but I felt compelled to for this couch!! I was on the fence about buying it for so long, so I hope my review maybe helps somebody come to a decision quicker than I did lol :-) THE COUCH : I thoroughly combed the reviews beforehand and I’m glad I did. The back pillows are a little flat, so I followed some others advice and got some poly-fil to fluff them up a bit. I got a 5lb bag and it was the perfect amount. I saw another reviewer stuffed the poly-fil in between the foam pieces in the pillows to avoid lumps, so I did that and it worked like a charm. The first 2 pics I uploaded are before and after adding the poly-fil. It makes a huge difference. I also just ordered some sticky Velcro to attach the back pillows to the back of the couch, as there is nothing keeping them in place. The bottom cushions are decently comfy, no complaints. DELIVERY : The couch came in 3 separate big, flat 60lb boxes. Another thing I saw in other reviews was that the boxes got delivered on separate days, but that Amazon marks it as ‘delivered’ after only delivering the first box, which is exactly what happened. My advice would be - find your order in the Amazon app, find where it says “contact seller” and just send a message *politely* asking for the tracking #’s for your other 2 packages. I did this and Lisa replied promptly and kindly. Once I had the tracking numbers I was able to enter them into FedEx’s website and track them there (Sounds like a lot I know but I didn’t want my boxes to be stolen lol). I did receive it very quickly - ordered on Monday, received box 1 on Thursday, other 2 boxes on Friday. I’m a girl in my 20’s and was able to move them inside just fine. All in all, for the price you pay I consider this a STEAL!! It’s perfect for my little apartment and it is pup approved :) 10/10 recommend!! ... show more

This sectional is actually pretty good for the price point.. it’s sturdy, nice color, pretty good size and comfortable enough.. it’s not plush by any means and I’m glad I read other reviews and ordered a bag of poly fil to stuff the back pillows because they are literally flat, but adding poly fil helped a ton. They are plush enough now to support someone leaning on them. Assembly was easy enough even tho they only send the asian style instructions that have a picture and you figure out what they mean by it.. it must drive the cost up tremendously for companies to actually print words on the paper because just about every item I bought for my son’s new apartment that had to be assembled did not have written instructions, just pictures with numbers and arrows. That’s annoying but this couch in particular wasn’t hard to assemble, took about an hour and a half from boxes open to boxes in trash. It comes in 3 separate boxes with all items vacuum sealed inside, I ordered it on the 19th and it wasn’t supposed to arrive until between the 23rd and 26th but it came on the 21st.
