Excellent product. Precision engineering and well designed. Took me about 2-ish hours to install on my 2021 JLU. Had zero issues doing the install. One word to the wise, get yourself a pitman arm puller to help you get the windshield wipers removed. Can't recommend this enough. 5 stars easily! For anyone with any kind of mechanical skills, this product is straight forward and pretty easy to install. Works great, and looks awesome once installed. I really like the RC plastic shield included with the light. I keep it on when the light isn't being used, and it gives a well defined look to the light. If you are installing this on a jeep and you have never removed the wiper arms before you will need a wiper arm puller (the one with the T-handle NOT the knob, the knob one will not work as it is too small) also the instructions are pretty vague but if you are slightly mechanical it should not be too hard to figure out. Overall it looks clean wiring wasnt too bad, just take your time and look up the jeep wiring auxillary colors for which switch is what. ... show more

Not too hard to install and looks good on the Jeep, but the light output could be better and the glare off the hood is so bad that you can barely see past it. If you're going to mount a lightbar, the front bumper is the best place to put it, not the hood or above the windshield.

I got this along with the 2 inch cube lights. What I love most about these is that they are very stealthy and not like some of those huge and extremely visible ones alot of people have on their cars. I have a Rubicon and this just subtly adds to the look a great deal. While I have yet to try out these lights on the trail (desert) these lights are blindingly bright! Installed on a 2018 JL Rubicon. Perfect fit, and low profile look (see pic), which is what i wanted. The lighbar does not interfere with anything (hood opening, washer nozzles, etc...). You can't fold the windshield down with it in place, but i wasn't planning to do that anyway. Only minor "complaint" for someone would be the install instructions could be better, particularly for the wiring aspect. The JL Rubicons are easy to wire with the factory installed Aux switches, but the instructions do assume a level of competence with general vehicle accessory wiring, so if you're not comfortable with that, you'd probably want some help. Otherwise, very straightforward and easy installation. Plan about an hour. ... show more

RC included many more install parts than i needed, so that was a bit confusing, but once i had it all spread out on the work bench it made sense and total install time was under 1.5 hours. I also had to cut the wire harness, as i did not need the switch, i had a AUX button on my JL ULM Rubicon that made it super simple. Highly recommend. Did i mention it is super BRIGHT?
