So impressed by this couch! Set up was simple and instructions were clear. The color is off-white with yellow undertones. The fabric is velvety soft chenille and is so cozy! The cushions are very soft and thick, and I love the deep seat on this sofa. The photo added was directly after removing everything from the plastic, so it will only continue to get more plush. Prior to this, we had a very nice good quality couch from a big name furniture manufacturer, but did not want to take it with us when we moved. We were a bit nervous about getting something online because it seems so hit or miss and reviews are typically mixed, but this couch honestly feels so similar to our old one in comfortability and sturdiness! We were so pleasantly surprised! I love that you can move the ottoman to wherever you prefer, it is very versatile! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

I ordered the 146” 6-seater with 2 ottomans to fill a very large living room. This couch originally had a delivery window of June 2-5 and somehow all 5 parts arrived at once on June 1st, which was a pleasant surprise! It took me about an hour to assemble by myself. Two of the loveseat boxes are around 90lbs, too heavy for me to take up a flight of stairs on my own so I opened them in my garage and took each part upstairs individually which was not hard. The other three boxes (ottomans, armchair) as pictured are light about 20-30lbs. The instructions are easy to follow and once you know which screw to use, you can just use common sense to put the whole thing together. I will agree with many reviewers the back cushion is rather flat/included pillows are not as plush as pictured but I probably won’t use them anyway. I considered adding my own stuffing into the backing pillows as well but the seat cushions are quite comfy. I like the deep seats, I am 5’3” and I can comfortably touch the ground with my knees bent at the edge of the cushion, while still leaning back against the cushion so it works for me. I have yet to wash the covers but I have a cat who loves to make messes so I will update when I do. Overall, this is a good value for money and I am satisfied with this couch!

Just put it together today. It arrived in 5 separate boxes, and like lots of others they weren’t all delivered on the same day. No big deal. I was a little nervous to buy a couch I’d never seen in person or touched or sat on - but this was a great buy. Super easy to put together. So far it’s super comfortable, I love the deep seats. Seems very sturdy, we’ll see how it holds up to 2 kids and 3 dogs. It’s a very good looking couch. Looks just like the picture and the color is true to the pictures. I got the beige and it’s pretty - the fabric is also soft to the touch and comfortable. No smell out of the box, I know someone else mentioned that but not an issue for me. Love it so far 🙂 Update: My poor dog had diarrhea on this couch the day after I got it assembled and set up. The covers zipped off and washed beautifully, and stains came right out - the liquid did NOT seep through to the stuffing. I washed them on delicate in cold water and dried them on air only. It was tricky at first to get the covers back on, but once we figured out the order of reassembly it went very fast. Word of warning, two of the zippers got stuck, so be careful when unzipping/zipping.

I love this couch, it is very comfortable and luxurious looking. In my opinion I don’t think it is too low to the ground I think it’s perfect for me. There is so much space, could easily fit 4-5 adults. I also live the movable ottoman for leg rest. I am 5”9 and it is long enough. I would highly recommend . Also it was very easy to put together, it did come in about 5 separate boxes on different days so just expect that.
