Just moved into a new unfurnished apartment. Needed a couch quickly that would not break the bank. Looked at many in store. Most wanted weeks to deliver and we needed something now. Ordered the “JUMMICO Sectional Couches for Living Room, U Shaped Couch with Chenille Fabric, 4 Seat Modern" and it got here the next day. It took more time to get out of the box than it did setup. Honestly this thing is perfect for its price point. It’s very comfortable and with a lounge on both ends it lets the 2 of us game on laptops without interrupting the other. Now let’s talk facts This is not for teens to rough house on. It’s a sofa to sit and relax on. This is not a couch that works well as a floating piece of furniture. We have it up on a wall where the back won’t have so much strain. The time to put together took about 10 min and the time to get the 2 boxes and its inside packages was about 15. (yes this whole couch fits in 2 boxes and about 97lb shipping weight) Value: This is a $350 couch so it’s cheap but would stand up to most department store $700-$1000 versions. Assemblty: This tool no additional tools than the 1 that’s provided or more than a elementary school level of knowledge to follow the directions. Quality: Comfortable even for the heavy set of us. Let the cushions expand for a few days before judging it Size: This is quite large and would easily hold 4 people but I would keep it to 3 large or 4 smaller people to not overload it. Appearance: This thing looks great once it’s allowed to come back to life from the packaging Comfort: 300lb people will not have much trouble. A few throw pillows do help. Sturdiness: 2 larger people have passed out on this multiple times and not even a sound. Each of the 3 main parts (Left right center) All have their own set of 4 legs Firmness: Firm but in a good way. I don’t feel like the couch is trying to eat me like a lot of the similar price boneless couches on the market. Hight: it’s about the same as any Ikea or Asian couch but lower than most American couches. I was remodeling my spare bedroom and was making it basically into a second living room on my 2nd floor, so I wanted a sectional in the event someone wanted to sleep over there is artist an extra spot. Primarily though it would be just for relaxing if I'm not going to my primary living room. Item came in 3 boxes as described, well packaged, but easy to put together. Couch is actually pretty comfortable, as summer mentioned it could use a little extra paying which I'll likely add asking with an ottoman for more room to stretch out. It went into a room around 12x10 and fits perfectly. For 399.99 and free shipping I have no complaints - you will not find anything for that price in a big box store. The good : It’s my first brand new couch ! I was very excited to be able to buy @ this price and with my Amazon card so I can make payments ! After having my old couch for nearly 10 years even with several comforters under the seats it sunk so even though the new couch isn’t the most comfortable couch ever , it is definitely a HUGE improvement from what I was working with . My teenager has slept on it every day this week lol, heck we slept on it together (he’s 5’8 it’s worth noting this was only really possible because I got an ottoman that fit almost perfectly between the middle cushions . ) The “bad” Like other reviewers said , the back cushions are flat even after 72 hours . I used stuffing from my old couch to stuff back cushions . Something that wasn’t mentioned at all is the lack of neck support . I’m 32 now , that’s important ! I’m only 5 ‘4 so I was a little surprised my feet hang off . If I take pillows off and shove myself back I only hang off a little but then my neck is unsupported . I have a ton of pillows so I just tossed some on the back of the couch and covered it with a blanket . Whatever it works . I wish it came in red , doing the new gray thing is what took me so long to pull the trigger and get it lol . It is a fairly large couch , I hope it last a few years atleast . All together I’m happy to have a clean new couch that looks and feels good and everyone in the house loves it too . It was easy to put together and everything was there . ... show more

You get what you pay for when you buy this couch. It’s my first time living on my own while I’m in the beginning of my career and I needed something cheap, but not too cheap, that’s visually appealing. And that’s what you get with this couch. I’m happy with it. The back rest are thin, and looks kind of awkward if you try to position your couch away from a wall but looks good if you rest it on a wall. The material looks good. Some of the back cushions are a little flatter than the others but I’m just going to stuff them with fluff from my old couch. It’s actually pretty wide so it’s nice that it fills up a good amount of my large living room, just a tiny bit small height wise. But I have gotten compliments on how it looks. It’s pretty, it’s comfortable, it’s perfect for someone just starting out or if you want to place it in a small area. Don’t recommend it if you don’t plan on leaning it against a wall. Quick shipping! Ordered on the 14th, expected it to arrive on the 20th and it got delivered on the 16th from UPS! I think it’s a great starter couch at a great price. We went from a futon to this so this is an upgrade! Yes, back cushions are thin compared to other normal couches. I ordered stuffing to add to the back pillows. Overall, the seat cushions are comfy and didn’t give us trouble with staying in place. I purchased Velcro just in case. Putting the couch up against a wall is a must because of the back support not feeling super sturdy. Easy setup , only 20 mins to get this together. Doggies and hubby approve. I have had my new couch for just a day and the cushions are almost fully expanded. It is bigger than I anticipated so far it is very comfortable. I was able to lay on it day one my dog loves it as well. I think you will need to add additional stuffing to the back pillows as they do not have as much cushion as the seats do. You can add the stuffing very easily as they unzip. The couch does sit pretty low to the ground so if you are a taller person like myself, you will feel it getting up. But that was not a dealbreaker for me. Also, it does sit lower when you sit back as well. But overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. ... show more

The couch is pretty easy it set up. At least an hour by yourself and probably less with 2 people. The couch is a nice size, not too low and is great for an apartment living room. The material of the couch is nice and soft to the touch. The seat cushions are comfortable and seem firm enough to keep its shape over time. It is also easy to attach and secure each module, and is light enough to move around the living room easily. The negative is the seat back and back cushions. They are so incredibly thin and barely have any cushioning in them. Even if you give them time to expand, they aren’t even close to the construction and comfort that the seat cushions are. You will probably have to go to the store and buy some better cushion foam yourself. It’s basically a half empty pillow case. Also the seat back doesn’t seem that sturdy and is a little too low to be of any support. The combination between that and the awful back cushions leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest you get some comfy couch pillows or expect to add your own cushioning to the back pillows. ... show more

Couch is definitely gorgeous, I’ve gotten so many complements, but not the comfiest place to lay your head. Bottom cushions slide around quite a bit, leaving your butt right on the hard metal at times. Back cushions have little plush, I bought some extra stuffing to pack in so they’d be more comfortable. The couch also squeaks ALOT, especially on the L shaped sides. After some extra cushioning, it’s still a great couch for my 1 bed apartment. Super easy to set up, took me about an hour. And the couch isn’t heavy. I can also unhook the middle part and hook the two bigger sides together to create a lounging daybed for a cuddly movie night. Great for the price point too. ... show more
