My husband and I looked everywhere for a specific style of couch for a decent price. When we saw this one on Amazon, we were skeptical because we weren’t able to test out the comfort first or physically see the color and size. We received this couch a week ago, and so far, it is one of the absolute best purchase we have made. It was extremely easy to put together, and the size is perfect. It’s firm, but it’s not uncomfortable. I prefer soft couches, but I was able to sit on this couch all day while working from home with no issues. I’m not sure what it is like to sleep on yet. The color is just like the pictures you see others post, so it’s definitely gray. We wanted a black couch to go with our other furniture, but this didn’t look too bad alongside the other furniture that we have. Now, one caveat that I’ll mention is that the delivery was a mess. The actually delivery was weeks after the delivery window provided on Amazon and it was delivered through a trucking company. Also, since we live in an apartment, the delivery company tried charging us over $200 to bring it upstairs for us. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to get it ourselves from the front of the building.The seller was really kind and accommodating throughout my several complaints about the delivery. I was very impressed with the service we received from the seller. Despite the delivery issues, the couch itself is a 10/10 for the price. Highly recommend! ... show more

Update: its been a little over a year with this couch and its really broken down, the supports under the seat started breaking down at around 6 months. I am not satisfied with this purchase. I have requested a reshipment or a refund and have received no communication from the seller. Purchased the couch and was delayed by 2 weeks because the shipment truck crashed and caught fire. Due to this my shipment was delayed but their customer service was very kind and helpful regarding the delay and refunded my shipping fee for the inconvience. The material is soft and like pictured. Was very quick and easy to out together by myself. Love that the back cushion can be removed but have velcro. The chaise storage is nice. The seats are deeper than I expected but I love it more because of the depth. The pullout part is so nice! The couch is a little firm which I prefer but I wouldn't even consider it remotely uncomfortable due to the firmness. ... show more

If you are like me with a big dog and rough on things this couch hits perfect at the price point. I had no issues with delivery. It came in three boxes and took me 25 minutes to put together. The media could not be loaded. I recently moved into my first apartment and ran into multiple problems that I had to solve by buying a couch: 1. I had to get a couch that would be able to sleep at least two people (family, friends, and other guests) 2. I had a lot of space in the living room, specifically the corner, that needed to be filled 3. I wanted to solve problems 1 and 2 without breaking the bank I would say by buying this couch I was able to solve all of these problems! + The functionality of this couch is seriously unmatched. Having the option to leave the couch unfolded and put a coffee table in the middle while being able to seat a lot of people is amazing. Yet what's more crazy to me is the fact that when the couch is folded out it can sleep up to three adults comfortably. + As mentioned in the video in regards to the comfort of this couch - if you are someone who hates extremely plush or firm couches this one is going to be the one for you. I would describe it as somewhere in the middle to where it's not too soft or firm. + The overall design of this couch is stunning. It matches the color of my bar stools and the overall aesthetic of the apartment (and most importantly my kitten July). It is a "fabricy" material and I think it will hold fairly well over time! You won't feel cold sitting in it like you would on a leather couch. + Lastly the cost. I think you get "a lot of couch" and functionality for this price so I would say it's definitely worth it. - I did have an issue with the shipping/delivery of this couch, however, it was not the seller's fault (rather that of the third-party delivery company). Nice sectional with comfortable seat cushions that are more on the firm side. We bought this sectional for our new "Teenager Cave" and it is perfect. The material seems like it will hold up well (we reinforsed with scotchgard). The sofa is lightweight, which was perfect for carrying upstairs. I would not recommend standing on the arms or back of sofa as the wood frame would probobly give (thinking of my kids and their teenager friends). I would absolutly buy this again if needed. The seller communicated with me regarding my order quickly and even worked out a very fair option to buy an additional ottoman. The color shown is true what you get (I bought light gray).
