I built it probably in like an hour and some change. It’s super comfortable. I will say though, the back support is very short, but it’s not a problem for me bc I have mine up against the wall. The color looks even better in person! Also, it’s veryy big! I was amazed at the size … i didn’t do any measurements… i just brought it but if I had a smaller living room … I don’t think it would’ve fit so make sure you do your measurement… but also with that being said, you can move the couch around EASILY so maybe you can make it fit. Great couch and great customer service! Directions are clear and easy to follow. The product is great quality for the cost and fits our space perfectly! I spent a lot of time shopping around Ashely and Bobs and Raymour and nothing under 3k or fit my space (either too big or too small) then I came across this couch! I was very nervous bc of how affordable it was but I am sooo glad I pulled the trigger. I have 2 toddlers and a dog so I know my furniture wont last forever, this is the perfect couch for the price! The only one whos b8tching is my husband who "Cant get comfortable" - hes just used to his recliner that took up half the room. Maybe when we retire he can get that back ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I really like this couch, a lot. It's much bigger than I thought, the color is beautiful and it's comfortable (firm but soft). You can arrange the couch in so many ways as the pieces are separate; it comes with certain screws to connect the pieces together so they don't slide apart. The back part is very low but the big pillows help. It took me about 2 hours to fully put together - im just a girl :) Comes in 5 boxes, quick shipping (less than a week). Keep an eye out for the messages/emails from seller on package updates. Also want to thank the seller for the great communication and assistance, despite receiving the first couch without screws/instructions/arm rest. The seller shipped out a brand new couch to me the next day or offered refund. Awesome customer service. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am in love with this couch! Delivery came like 5days early. I came in 5 boxes total. Took me and husband maybe 1hr and half to put together. I tried to stay one step ahead of him screwing it together. Finding the next pieces to assemble. As far as comfortability. It's like medium firm to me. Which is okay bc it is comfortable to lounge on and nap on. Fits my family of six at the same time. I love that you can rearrange to fit your space. You can also unzip pillows to wash pillow cases. All of them. Even seat cushions. The zipper is tucked in these little pockets so you cant see them but you have to get something to stick in to push it up and out. It's a plus for me bc i have small children. I hope it holds up for at least a year or 2. Either way good for the price. ... show more

This couch is beautiful! I wasn't sure how the texture would be until I received it, but it's so soft! I was happy to see that the material wasn't rough or anything like that. It was easy to assemble, however one of the pieces did not have two holes drilled for the screws, so my husband had to measure and drill where the holes should've been.. other than that it came with everything. The size is great! Not too big or too small.. it fits my space very well and I measured according to the dimensions on the photo before purchasing. The price is affordable especially for the quality. You can rearrange it anyway you'd like according to your space. If you're hesitant, don't be! I'm happy with it! ... show more

If you’re looking for a sectional that’s perfect to watch movies in and just melt in your couch, this is it. Back rest is low and couch is deep, again perfect for relaxing but if you’re wanting a couch for back support then this isn’t it lol the top of the sectional has a soft/plush cushion but it still firm enough where you’re not sinking in the couch and hard to get up from. UPS dumped 5 large cartons in the driveway after hours so in a snowstorm had no idea they had come. Then to find out there is no assembly service. I have to find someone to put the MANY pieces together. IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. It’s going to cost more money now. There was a choice up front for assembly. FALSE ADVERTISING.
