Very comfortable couch! I was surprised at how firm the cushions fluff up to be. Assembly was straight forward and took about two hours. The ottomans are huge! I would highly recommend this product and seller. Couch comes in two packages- I would wait to get both until you assemble, as I went three days without any cushions, but the seller was very attentive and gave a slight refund for my wait! If you are a tall person, the back of the couch is low and might be uncomfortable for you. ... show more

Overall, I like this couch. Definitely worth the value for the money. A few things I don’t care for are the fact that the back is REALLY short. If you put the couch against a wall and use a pillow for head support you’re fine. However, if not, it’s not the most comfortable. Also, if you’re tall, this couch is not for you. My husband is 6ft and I am 5 9 and our feet dangle. All that aside, it is a good quality couch. It’s sturdy, easy to build, solid, and pretty comfortable. The couch is VERY firm. So if you want something soft this is not the couch for you. The color is perfect. I got the beige and it’s works so well with anything. Absolutely recommend this couch! Fits perfect in my small living room, Fabric is great quality, assembly is very straight forward. It is also very comfortable and spacious. Bought this couch about a month ago and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Was very reluctant to buy online (browsed for 10 months) but the reviews and pictures won me over. It's built well, seams are strong, neat and tidy. It feels and looks sturdy. I LOVE that the covers are WASHABLE. (3 boys in the house!) The color is exactly what I was looking for. I thought I had pieces missing from this purchase, but I was able to email the seller who informed me that the missing pieces were simply stored inside of other parts. I recovered them and was able to complete this furniture set. And I am very pleased. Way bigger than I anticipated. And I am 6’3” 230lbs. The pillows are firm and supportive and the sofa is sturdy. Overall, I love this couch. It’s so comfortable, cozy, and great quality. The material and color is amazing. The only two downfalls is that the couch itself sits pretty low to the ground which isn’t my favorite. I tried to switch out the legs to add some height to it, however, the underneath legs are a metal frame that’s all together and at different lengths. I bought several different legs trying to get it even at a new height and It’s been nearly impossible to get them equally level. The other thing that I’m not a fan of is how low the back of the couch sits. The pillows help but I would plan on buying more filling to add to the pillows to fluff them up some more. That helps it not be so noticeable with how low the back of the couch sits. Overall, I love it. Just a few little headaches that we’ve been trying to figure out how to work around. ... show more

Great and comfy couch. Received the package 3 days before the estimated delivery day. It does come in 2 large boxes that require you to have 2 people to carry. There is also a video on how to put it together if you scan the QR code on the box. Putting it together was pretty easy, but make sure you have a full day off when you’re putting it together. It took my boyfriend and I 3-4 hours because we put the rails where the seat cushion go on, backwards and then accidentally stripped our screw. All in all, the couch is pretty comfortable. The back is a little low but the back pillows make up for it. I would recommend purchasing some leg raisers so that you can have your desired height. ... show more
