Leveling the ground was the only difficult part. We have a friend with a bobcat and he did 3/4 of the dirt work with it. The final leveling we did with a 36" level on a 2x4. Set up itself was a breeze. The last step, kicking all the wrinkles out is tedious but well worth it not to have a ton of spots for alge to start. Neighbors with similar pools did not level the ground and they didn't last the season before major shifting and, eventual collapse in some cases near to us. Winterizing instructions say to drain and store the pool. After watching some YouTube videos, I highly mistrust the directions for keeping it nice that were included. Some say it stretches after you take the water out of it to store it and never fits right again. many people are saying it's much more effective to drain it below the pump return holes and leave water in the pool at that level over the winter (still cover it if you have trees). That's what we're going to try to do this year with a cover. I'll update if there's something that's major happening with it.

O!mylanta! I wish I'd gotten this so much sooner. I've been struggling with the CHEAP 14 foot pool cover that came with my Summer Breeze pool all summer. You KNOW what I mean, right? I saw this one on sale for a great price and got it for winterizing. I knew the 14 foot cheapo would not get the job done. What a pleasure! This went right over the pool, there is plenty to hang over the side without it falling in, the pull string works a treat. It went on and 5 weeks later it's STILL on. I look forward to using this to cover my pool every night next summer.

Wish I would have bought this sooner!! A little background, I bought this for me (and adult woman) to float around in. So my opinion is based on pretty much just me being in it and my husband. No kids. Took me less than an hour to set up and I did it myself. It’s not difficult at all, I did look up some videos on how to set up the filter bc the instructions were a little confusing. I put down a tarp first and looking back I think getting those puzzle piece mats could have been a good idea to cushion the bottom but it’s not necessary. Also, a lot of comments on it having to be on level ground. My backyard is a wonky mess. Nothing is level. I did my best but there is maybe less than 2” inch difference between sides but it doesn’t seem to be affecting anything. I just made sure to put the side that would have the higher water level on the filter side. After setting it up it took a few hours to fill up. I added a floating chlorine tab holder with a 3” tab (since you can’t find the 1”). I put the floating thing on the lowest level to release the lowest amount of chlorine. Worked like a charm, levels were good within a day. I adjust as needed. Buy some test strips and test often. I also bought some pool shock for when things might get a little murky after a storm. I bought a cover for it and cover it everyday. I also got a small hose vacuum (less then $20) that works like a charm to vacuum the bottom out. I got a skimmer, I find skimming to be very therapeutic. That’s about it! I’ve had it up for about 3 weeks now and it’s wonderful!! It’s perfect for me, I bought a couple of floats & I just bob along under the sun. I’m sure it would be perfect for kids. It can comfortably fit 3 or 4 adults if they are sitting. Just 2 if you are on floats. No issue with the filter so far although I’ve heard some issues. I try to keep debris out as much as possible. If you’ve been debating getting one of these, just do it. For the cost, even if you use it one season it’ll be worth it. Keep in mind you’ll need some extras though, so you spend about $100 extra on accessories/chemicals. It’s a good starter pool to try out if you are thinking about getting something bigger. Quality is great! Tons of videos online to show you tips on how to assemble or just maintain.

This is the best pool cover I've ever owned. We bought a cheapie one before this and it was difficult to install and tore off quickly. The straps on this one are super easy to attach and the rope is added strength that I dont even think is needed. I am 5'5 and installed this by myself with no issues. Just secured a couple of spots on one side and walked it around the pool to secure the opposite end. I think it will last multiple seasons but if it doesn't, totally buying this one again

So much better than the flimsy cover that came with the pool! I ended up throwing that out. Requires 2 people to install, but the lashes that secure to the external posts are excellent & the sinch rope is heavy-duty nylon. Great purchase!

Easy to install and remove. Reinforced around top edges with a pull cord to easily attach to side of pool. Would prefer two openings for cord tie down on each side but have not had any trouble as is. Durable so far. I like the vent holes on top of liner. I would recommend this cover.

I've had this cover on for a relatively short time but really like the heavy strap type fasteners that attach to the pool upright stanchions. I've had to release them and pull back the edge of the cover a couple times to access the pump attachments and such. It was very easy to release some tension, access it, and then return it to the covered position. Time will tell how it holds up but the material is not raiding any concern at this time.
