I was nervous to buy this pool with so few reviews, but it has been great! It was easy to set up once we used some soapy water to get the frame poles through the liner. The pump and salt system do what they’re supposed to do and we’re pretty easy to setup. The water analyzer that came with it is junk though. I think it was used because it was all corroded and I couldn’t ever get it connected to the app anyway so it’s now in the trash and got a different one that is also junk. But everything else is great!! Also, I absolutely love the stairs. They were a pain to put together but they’re so stable that even my dog figured them out quickly! And I love that they fold up when we’re not using it. Side note: don’t follow the salt requirement of 3000ppm that is standard with most salt systems. I did that by mistake and had to partially drain and refill my pool to get it to the correct level. It only needs 950ppm to operate. ... show more

Came with a hole in iton the seam. Over priced and not a quality item.... The Salt water chlorinator gives a high salt code even with salt readings under 3500ppm. Will never buy another Intex pool. Called support they never sent the email with the claim number or instructions on what they needed me to do but I got the their survey..... ... show more

My liner also has a leak, so frustrating being a brand new pool. The leak is on the bottom seam. We’re attempting to patch right now vs replace, don’t want to have to take the whole thing down and wait for a replacement and rebuild again.

We received the INTEX 28825EH 16ft x 52in UltraLuxe Premium Above Ground Pool Set with Smart technology, and it has completely exceeded our expectations. The pool looks far more premium than a typical above-ground pool, and the UltraLuxe design gives it a modern, high-end appearance that fits perfectly in our backyard. Setup was surprisingly straightforward. With a couple of people helping, we had everything assembled and filled much faster than expected. The frame feels extremely sturdy and durable, and the liner material is thick and well-made. Once filled, the pool feels very stable and secure. One of the standout features is the Smart system integration. Being able to monitor and control functions more conveniently makes maintenance much easier and less stressful. The filtration system keeps the water crystal clear, and the included components feel like a complete package rather than needing immediate upgrades. The 16ft size is perfect for families — plenty of room for adults to relax and kids to play without taking up the entire yard. The 52-inch depth is also ideal for actually swimming and cooling off comfortably during hot days. After using it regularly, we can confidently say this pool delivers outstanding value for the price. It combines durability, appearance, convenience, and fun all in one package.
